भारत निर्वाचन आयोग निर्वाचन सदन, अषोक रोड, नई दिल्ली-110001, दिनांक-25 सितम्बर, 2008/3 आष्विन, 1930 (षक) अधिसूचना सं0 434/बिहार-लो0स0/2008(1)-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा 21 के उपबन्धें के अनुसरण में भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्द्वारा नीचे की सारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में विनिर्दिश्ट राज्य सरकार के अधिकारी को, ऐसे अधिकारी के सामने उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ 1 में उल्लिखित तथा दिनांक 17 अगस्त 2007 को राज्य के राजपत्र में प्रकाषित संसदीय तथा विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के परिसीमन आदेष सं0 54 द्वारा यथा निर्धारित तथा उक्त सारणी के स्तम्भ 1 में यथाविनिर्दिश्ट बिहार राज्य के संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के लिए रिटर्निंग आफिसर के रूप में पदाभिहित करता है :-
