एस0 ओ0 3, दिनांक 27 जनवरी 2009—बिहार मूल्यवर्द्धित कर अधिनियम 2005 (2005 का अधिनियम 27) की धारा 10 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल वाणिज्य-कर विभाग की अधिसूचना सं0 एस0ओ0 65 एवं 66 दिनांक 25.07.07 में निम्न संषोधन करते हैंः-
la'kks/ku उक्त अधिसूचना के क्रमांक 9, 10, 11, एवं 12 (हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी पाठ) स्तम्भ (3) की र्वामान प्रविष्टि में से दरभंगा अंचल, बेगुसराय अंचल, मधुबनी अंचल, झंझारपुर अंचल, समस्तीपुर अंचल एवं तेघड़ा अंचल के क्षेत्राधिकार को विलोपित कर क्रमांक 5, 6, 7, एवं 8 (हिन्दी एवं अंग्रेजी पाठ) स्तम्भ (3) की र्वामान प्रविष्टि में जोड़ा जाता है। यह संषोधन अधिसूचना निर्गमन की तिथि से प्रभावी होगा।

Commercial Taxes Department Notification No. S.O.- 65 & 66 dt. 25.07.07:-
AMENDMENTS
1. From the present entries in col. (3) of serial No. 9, 10, 11& 12 of the said notification (In Hindi & English version), Geographical areas of Darbhanga Circle, Begusarai Circle, Madhubani Circle, Jhanjharpur Circle, Samastipur Circle and Teghra Circle is deleted and added in the present entries in col. (3) of serial No.5, 6, 7 & 8 of the said notification (In Hindi & English version).
This amendment will come into force with effect from the date of issue of this notification.
