1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार और प्रारंभ।- (1) यह नियमावली बिहार ग्राम कचहरी सचिव (नियोजन, सेवाशर्त्त एवं कर्त्तव्य) (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2008 कही जा सकेगी।

(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह दिनांक 31.01.2008 से प्रवृत्त होगी। इस तिथि के पूर्व बिहार ग्राम कचहरी सचिव (नियोजन, सेवाषर्त्त एवं कर्त्तव्य) नियमावली, 2007 द्वारा किया गया नियोजन इस संषोधन से अप्रभावित रहेगा।

2. नियमावली के नियम 5(क) (ii) में शब्द ''माध्यमिक (मैट्रिक)'' के पश्चात्‌ शब्द ''या राज्य सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर घोषित उक्त प्रमाण-पत्र के समकक्ष'' अन्तःस्थापित किया जायेगा।

बिहार राज्यपाल के आदेश से, ह॰/-अस्पष्ट, सरकार के प्रधान सचिव।——— The 5th January 2009 No. 2P/V6-102/2007/PR/28—In exercise of powers conferred by Section-146 read with Section – 94(1) of the Bihar Panchayat Raj Act, 2006 (Bihar Act 6, 2006), the Governor of Bihar amends the Secretary, Bihar Gram Kutchahry (Employment, Service Conditions and Duties) Rule, 2007 as under :- 1. Short title, extent and commencement.— (1) These rules may be called the Secretary, Bihar Gram Kutchahry (Employment, Service Conditions and Duties) (Amendment) Rule, 2008. (2) It shall extend to the whole of Bihar State. 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट, (असाधारण)] 12 फरवर(cid:15) 2009 (3) It shall come into force w.e.f. 31.01.2008. The appointments made prior to this date under the Secretary, Bihar Gram Kutchahry (Employment, Service Conditions and Duties) Rule, 2007 shall not have any effect of this amendment.

2. In sub-rule 5(a)(ii) after the words "Secondary (Matriculate)" the words "or the certificate declared equivalent to the aforesaid certificate by the State Government from time to time" shall be inserted.
