सं0-4 (न) गठ-17/2008-137-बिहार नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 2007 (बिहार अधिनियम, 11, 2007) की धारा-3 सह पठित धारा-4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार राज्यपाल निम्नलिखित आदेश का प्रारूप, जिसे वह निर्गत करना चाहते हैं, उससे प्रभावित हो सकने वाले व्यक्तियों के सूचनार्थ इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है और इसके द्वारा सूचना दी जाती है कि इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन से एक माह के भीतर उक्त प्रारूप पर विचार किया जाय।

प्रारूप प्रकाशन की अवधि में संबंधित प्रण्डलीय आयुक्त/जिला पदाधिकारी के माध्यम से जो भी आपत्तियाँ/सुझाव प्राप्त होंगी उनपर उक्त अधिनियम के धारा-5 के अधीन विचार किया जायेगा।

संख्या-4 (न) गठ-17/2008-137-बिहार नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 2007 (बिहार अधिनियम, 11, 2007) की धारा-3 की उपधारा (1) (ग) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल घोषित करते हैं कि उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ नवादा जिलान्तर्गत रजौली के निम्नांकित ग्रामों की परिधि में पड़ने वाले क्षेत्रों में,10 (cid:18)बहार गजट, (असाधारण)] 13 फरवर(cid:15) 2009 जिनकी चौहद्‌दी नीचे दी गई है, प्रशासनिक उपबंध करना तथा उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंधों को उक्त क्षेत्र में लागू करना आवश्यक हैः-

इस क्षेत्र को नगर पंचायत, रजौली कहा जायेगा।

सं0-4 (न) गठ-17/2008-137 का निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

No- 4 (N)Ghath-17/2008—137—In exercise of powers conferred by section 3 read with section-4 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 (Bihar Act, 11,2007) the Governor of Bihar desires to publish the following draft order, which is published for the information of those who are likely to be affected by it and notice is hereby given that the said draft would be considered within a month from the publication of this notification.

Objections/Suggestions received through the concerned District Magistrates/Divisional Commissioner during the draft publication will be considered under section-5 of the said Act.
