(क) यह नियमावली, पटना उच्च न्यायालय, (सूचना का अधिकार) नियमावली, 2005 (प्रथम संशोधन) नियमावली, 2008 कहलाएगी।
(ख) ये संशोधन सरकारी गजट में उसके प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होंगे। 2. नियम -8 में संशोधनः- (क) नियम 8(1)(अ)(i)में - अंक '500' को अंक '10' से प्रतिस्थापित किया
जाता है।
(ख) नियम 8(1)(अ)(ii)में - अंक '50' को अंक '10' से प्रतिस्थापित किया
जाता है। 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट, (असाधारण)] 18 फरवर(cid:15) 2009 The 27th August 2008 No. 387 (Rules)—In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (i) of section 28 read with section 2(e)(iii) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 the Chief Justice of the Patna High Court makes the following amendments in the Patna High Court (Right to Information) Rules, 2005 published in the Bihar Gazette (Extraordinary) dated 19th October, 2005 as here under.
1. Short Title and Commencement :-
(i) These Rules shall be called "The Patna High Court (Right to Information) Rules, 2005(Ist Amendment) Rules, 2008.
(ii) The amendment shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. Amendment in Rule -8
(i) In Rule 8(1)(A)(i) - Figure '500' is substituted by figure '10' (ii) In Rule 8(1)(A)(ii) - Figure '50' is substituted by figure '10' (iii) In Rule 8(1)(B)other Fees in Sl. No. 2 - Figure '5' is substituted by figure '2' (iv) In Rule 8(2) - Figure '50' is substituted by figure '10' (v) Following is added in Rule 8 as Sub rule (3) :-
"(3) – A separate application shall be made in respect of each subject and in respect of each year to which the information relates"
3.In Sl. No. 9 of "Form F" figure "50" is substituted by figure "10"
