सं॰ 1241—बिहार सुषव (मूल्य निर्धारण एवं नियंत्रण) नियमावली, 1994 के नियम-3 के प्रावधानानुसार राजस्व पर्षद, बिहार राज्य के सभी आसवनी द्वारा उत्पाद प्रपत्र-27 एवं 27-'क' में प्रदत्त अनुज्ञप्तिधारकों को देषी शराब एवं एवं मसालेदार देषी शराब के उत्पादन के निमित्त आपूर्त्ति किये जाने वाले संषोधित सुषव एवं संषोधित सुषव ग्रेड-1 का अधिकतम बिक्री मूल्य बिहार गजट के असाधारण अंक में प्रकाषित क्रमषः रू0 21.75 (एक्कीस रूपये पचहत्तर पैसे) एवं रू0 22.56 (बाईस रूपये छप्पन पैसे) प्रति बल्क लीटर को परिवत्र्तित कर क्रमषः (वाणिज्य-कर छोड़कर) रू0 24.55 (चौबीस रूपये पचपन पैसे) मात्र एवं रू0 25.35 (पच्चीस रूपये पैंतीस पैसे) मात्र 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट, (असाधारण)] 7 अूील 2009

No. 1241—In exercise of the powers conferred by the provisions under rule-3 of Bihar Spirit (Price fixation and control) rule 1994. The Member Board of Revenue, Bihar hereby fixes the maximum sale price of the rectified spirit and rectified spirit grade -1 to be supplied to the holders of licenses in form 27 & 27A for the manufacture of Country Liquor and Spiced Country Liquor as Rs. 24.55/- (Twenty four rupees and fifty five paise) and Rs. 25.35 (Twenty five rupees and thirty five paise) per BL instead of Rs. 21.75/- (Twenty one rupees and seventy five paise) and Rs. 22.56 (Twenty two rupees and fifty six paise) per BL published in Extra Ordinary Bihar Gazette previously.
This will come into effect from the date of its publication
