एस0 ओ0 84, दिनांक 19 मई 2009—बिहार छोआ (नियंत्रण) अधिनियम, 1947 यथा संषोधित की धारा 8 'क' द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए अधिसूचित किया जाता है कि-
1. राज्य में नव स्थापित आसवनगृह/ईथनॉल इकाई/क्षमता विस्तार करने वाले कार्यरत आसवनगृह को छोआ के सभी ग्रेड पर लगने वाले प्रषासनिक शुल्क से पूर्णतः मुक्त किया जाता है। कार्यरत आसवनगृह के विस्तार के मामले में छोआ पर प्रषासनिक शुल्क के भुगतान से मुक्ति केवल छोआ के उस मात्रा तक ही सीमित रहेगी जिसका प्रयोग उत्पादन की बढ़ी क्षमता के लिए की गई हो और यह स्थापित क्षमता से कम या बराबर उत्पादन के बावजूद विस्तार से पूर्व स्थापित क्षमता के लिए ग्राह्य नहीं होगा।
2. राज्य के नव स्थापित आसवनगृहों/ईथनॉल इकाईयों/क्षमता विस्तार करने वाले आसवनगृहों को उपर्युक्त छूट की अवधि व्यावसायिक उत्पादन प्रारंभ करने की तिथ से 5 (पॉंच) वर्षों तक के लिए लागू रहेगी।

ह0/-अस्पष्ट, 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट, (असाधारण)] 19 मई 2009 The 11th September 2008 S.O. 84, dated 19th May 2009—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 8A of Bihar Molasses Control Act, 1947 as amended, it is hereby notified that:- 1. Upon establishment of new distillery/ethanol plant and expansion of existing distillery plant in the state of Bihar, the administrative charges on all grades of molasses are fully exempted. In case of expansion of existing distillery exemption from payment of administrative charges on molasses, shall be confined only to the quantity of molasses which is used for increased capacity of production and shall not be admissible to installed capacity prior to expansion irrespective of production below or at par installed capacity. 2. The above exemption of administrative charges on all grades of molasses will be applicable for a period of 5 years from the date of commercial production of new distillery/ethanol plants and expansion of existing distillery plant in the state of Bihar.
