सं0 434/बिहार-लो.स./2009 (2) :- लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) धारा 22 की उप धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निर्वाचन आयोग इसके द्वारा 26 फरवरी, 2009 की अपनी अधिसूचना सं0 434/बिहार-लो.स./2009 (2) और समय-समय पर यथा संषोधित द्वारा नियुक्त अधिकारियों के अतिरिक्त नीचे की सारणी के स्तंभ (2) में विनिर्दिश्ट सरकार के प्रत्येक अधिकारी को, ऐसे अधिकारियों के सामने उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ (1) में यथा विनिर्दिश्ट बिहार राज्य में संसदीय निर्वाचन क्षेत्र के रिटर्निंग आफिसर की बिहार राज्य में लोक सभा के साधारण निर्वाचनों के दौरान मतों की गणना में सहायता करने के लिये सहायक रिटर्निंग आफिसर के रूप में नियुक्त करता है :-
