24 सितम्बर 2009 सं0 14/एम 7-279/09-1802—बिहार राज्य विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम, 1976 की धारा-30 में प्रदत्त शक्तियों के तहत राज्य सरकार जय प्रकाश विश्वविद्यालय, छपरा का 2008-09 शैक्षणिक सत्र के दौरान परीक्षा एवं परीक्षा के परिणामों की घोषणा निम्न तालिका के अनुसार करने का आदेश देती है ।

2. उक्त विश्वविद्यालय उक्त तालिका के अनुसार परीक्षा आयोजित करेंगे । साथ ही निर्धारित समय से पूर्व परिणामों की घोषणा करेंगे ।

3. उक्त के अनुसार विश्वविद्यालय एवं उसके अंगीभूत/ संबद्ध महाविद्यालयों के सभी पदाधिकारी,कर्मी, वीक्षक तथा परीक्षा से संबंध रखनेवाले सभी व्यक्ति भारतीय दण्ड0 विधान 1860 के तहत लोक सेवक समझे जाएॅगे तथा अपने कर्त्तव्यों का निर्वहन करेंगे।

4. उपरोक्त कार्यक्रमानुसार विश्वविद्यालय एवं उसके अंगीभूत/सम्बद्ध महाविद्यालय अपना पाठ्‌यक्रम पूरा करेंगे तथा आवश्यकतानुसार अवकाश के दिनों में भी विशेष वर्ग की व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करेंगे ।
