सं0 सी0/एल0ए0-2/2007/4030/जे0—विधि विभाग द्वारा निर्गत अधिसूचना सं0 3881/जे0, दिनांक 24 सितम्बर 2009 में ''बिहार राज्य विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार अधिनियम, 1987'' के स्थान पर ''विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार अधिनियम, 1987'' पढ़ा जाए।

2. अधिसूचना का शेष भाग यथावत रहेगा।(सं0सं0 सी0/एल0ए0-2/2007/4030/जे0) बिहार-राज्यपाल के आदेश से, राजेन्द्र कुमार मिश्र, सरकार के सचिव। 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 9 अ-तूबर 2009 The 9th October 2009 No. C/LA-2/2007/4030/J—In notification no. 3881/J, dated 24 September 2009 issued by Law Department, Government of Bihar "Bihar State Legal Services Authority Act, 1987" should be read as "Legal Services Authority Act, 1987" and "make the following rules namely" should be read as "make the following amendment in Bihar State Legal Services Authority Rules 1996".

2. In para-2 of notification the "Amendment of Section 16" should be read as "Amendment of Rule-16".

3. The rest part of the notification shall be the same.
