जी0एस0आर0 6, दिनांक 16 नवम्बर 2009—सरकार की राय में धान एवं चावल की उपलब्धता एवं आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए राज्य में अधिप्राप्ति केन्द्रों का संचालन आवश्यक एवं समीचीन है ताकि बिहार राज्य के कृषक अपने उपज का सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य पर समुचित लाभ प्राप्त कर सकें। अधिप्राप्ति का कार्य भारतीय खाद्य निगम के क्रय केन्द्रो के माध्यम से किया जायेगा। 2. बिहार सहकारी समितियॉ अधिनियम, 1935 के तहत निबंधित प्राथमिक कृषि साख समितियॉ (पैक्स), बिहार राज्य खाद्य एवं असैनिक आपूर्ति निगम लि0, बिस्कोमान एवं नेफेड को भारतीय खाद्य निगम सहित खरीफ विपणन मौसम 2009-10 के अन्तर्गत धान एवं चावल की अधिप्राप्ति करने हेतु अभिकरण के रूप में प्राधिकृत किया जाता है । 3- अधिप्राप्ति कार्य के लिए प्राथमिक कृषि साख समितियों का चयन जिला पदाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में गठित टास्क फोर्स की बैठक में किया जायेगा एवं जिला पदाधिकारी समितियों का चयन करने के पूर्व उनके पूर्व के वर्षो में अधिप्राप्ति कार्य की उपलब्धियाँ एवं उनकी क्रियाशीलता को देखते हुए उनका चयन करेंगे । 4- उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय (खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग) भारत सरकार के पत्र सं0 160(5)/2008 पी0वाई0 -I दिनांक 03 सितम्बर 2009 के द्वारा खरीफ विपणन मौसम 2009-10 के अन्तर्गत धान के साधारण एवं गे्रड 'ए' का न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य निम्नवत्‌ है :- (रूपये प्रति क्वींटल) धान साधारण 950.00 ग्रेड 'ए' 980.00

खरीफ विपणन मौसम 2009-10 के अन्तर्गत कस्टम मिल चावल (CMR) एवं लेवी चावल का दर भारत सरकार द्वारा यथा निर्धारित प्रभावी होगा ।5. खरीफ विपणन मौसम 2009-10 के अन्तर्गत धान एवं चावल अधिप्राप्ति कार्यक्रम क्रमशः दिनांक 02 नवम्बर 2009 से 30 अप्रील 2010 तक तथा दिनांक 02 नवम्बर 2009 से 31 अगस्त 2010 तक के लिए प्रभावी होगा। 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण)] 16 नव,बर 2009 6. यह अधिसूचना खरीफ विपणन मौसम 2009-10 के अन्तर्गत दिनांक 02 नवम्बर 2009 से 31 अगस्त 2010 तक के लिए प्रभावी होगा । (प्र04/ख.वि.अधि.-03/09-4510) बिहार-राज्यपाल के आदेश से, जयशंकर प्रसाद यादव, सरकार के उप-सचिव।

The 2nd November 2009

G.S.R. 6, dated 16th November 2009—WHEREAS the Government is of opinion that it is necessary and expedient to establish procurement centres for securing the availability and supply of paddy and rice on Minimum Support Price in the interest of farmers of Bihar through the purchase centres of Food Corporation of India.

2. In addition to Food Corporation of India Primary Agriculture credit Societies (PACS) registered under Bihar State Co-operative Societies Act, 1935 Bihar State Food and Civil Corporation Ltd., BISCOMAUN and NAFED are authorized as procuring agencies for the procurement of paddy and rice in term of kharif Marketing season 2009- 10.

3. In order to facilitate the procurement work the selection of Primary Agriculture credit Societies shall be done by constituted Task Force under the Chairmanship of respective D.M.'s and prior to selection of said committee the respective D.M. will look into the achievement of procurement works and its functionality during corresponding year.

4. As per letter no. 160(5)/2008 - PY. I dated 3rd September 2009 of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution (Food and Public Distribution Department) Government of India the Minimum Support Price for common and Grade 'A' paddy during Kharif Marketing Season 2009-10 are following—

(Rs. per quintal) Paddy Common - 950.00 Grade 'A'- 980.00

The rates of Custom Milled Rice and Levy Rice during Kharif Marketing Season 2009-10 will be effective as per fixation by the Government of India.

5. Paddy and rice procurement programme during Kharif Marketing Season 2008- 09 will be effective form 2nd November 2009 to 30th April 2010 and from 2nd November 2009 to 31st August 2010 respectively.

6. This Notification shall effect from 2nd November 2009 to 31st August 2010 for Kharif Marketing Season 2009-10.
