सं0 4(न) गठ-13/2008-860—नगर विकास एवं आवास विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या-1649 दिनांक 18 मई 2009 द्वारा नव उत्क्रमित नगर निगम बेगूसराय के क्षेत्र में ग्राम-खातोपुर थाना नं0-339 को जोड़ने के लिए जिला पदाधिकारी के ज्ञापांक 1074, दिनांक 05 नवम्बर 2009 के द्वारा अनुशंसा की गई है।
उक्त के आलोक में बिहार नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 2007 (बिहार अधिनियम, 11, 2007) की धारा-3 सह- पठित धारा-4 एवं धारा-8 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार-राज्यपाल निम्नलिखित आदेश का प्रारूप, जिसे वह निर्गत करना चाहते हैं, उससे प्रभावित हो सकने वाले व्यक्तियों के सूचनार्थ इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है और इसके द्वारा सूचना दी जाती है कि इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन से एक माह के भीतर उक्त प्रारूप पर विचार किया जायेगा। प्रारूप प्रकाशन की अवधि में संबंधित प्रण्डलीय आयुक्त/जिला पदाधिकारी के माध्यम से जो भी आपत्तियाँ/सुझाव प्राप्त होंगी उनपर उक्त अधिनियम के धारा-5 के अधीन विचार किया जायेगा।
प्रारूप आदेश सं0 4(न) गठ-13/2008-860—बिहार नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 2007 (बिहार अधिनियम, 11, 2007) की धारा-3 की उप-धारा (1) (क) एवं धारा 8 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल घोषित करते हैं कि उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ बेगूसराय जिलान्तर्गत नगर परिषद, बेगूसराय के क्षेत्र में निम्नांकित ग्राम को जोड़ते हुये उसे नगर निगम, बेगूसराय के अन्तर्गत घोषित करने तथा उक्त अधिनियम के उपबधों को उक्त क्षेत्र में लागू करना आवश्यक हैः- 1. (क) ग्राम पंचायतों, ग्रामों के नाम एवं थाना नं0

23 फरवरी 2010 सं0 4(न) गठ-13/2008-860 का निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

The 23rd February 2010 No. 4 (N) gath-13/2008-861—The District Magistrate, Begusarai through his memo no. 1074, dated 5th November 2009 has recommended inclusion of village Khatopur, Thana no. 339 in the newly upgraded Municipal Corporation, Begusarai, notified by notification no. 1649, dated 18th May 2009.
In the light of above in exercise of powers conferred by section 3 read with section 4 and 8 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 (Bihar Act, 11,2007) the Governor of Bihar desires to publish the following draft order, which is published for the information of those who are likely to be affected by it and notice is hereby given that the said draft would be considered within a month from the publication of this notification.
Objections/Suggestions received through the concerned District Magistrate/Divisional Commissioner during the draft publication will be considered under section 5 of the said Act.
DRAFT ORDER No. 4 (N) gath-13/2008-861—In Exercise of powers conferred by sub section (1) (a) of Secion 3 and section 8 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 (Bihar Act, 11,2007) the Governor of Bihar declares that for the purpose of the said Act, it is necessary to make an administrative provision and to enforce the provisions of the said Act in the present area of Nagar Parishad, Begusarai and its adjoining following areas declaring it Begusarai Municipal corporation falling under in the District of Begusarai whose boundary are noted below:— 1 (a) Name of Village Panchayats, Villages and Thana Nos.

This area will be called Begusarai Municipal corporation Begusarai . 2. This notification shall come to force at once.
