1111. . . . संIJKत नाम, (cid:18)वस ्तार एवं ूारंभ—(i) यह िनयमावली आपदा ूबंधन (रा>य ूािधकरण के सदःय: क6 सेवा श8-, भ8े एवं सु(cid:18)वधा का संदाय) (संशोधन) िनयमावली 2009 कह(cid:15) जा सके गी।
(ii) यह िनयमावली राजपऽ म7 ूकाशन क6 तार(cid:15)ख से ूवृत होगी।
2222. . . . आपदा ूबंधन (रा>य ूािधकरण के सदःय: क6 पदाविध और सेवा क6 श8A तथा भ8: का संदाय) िनयमावली 2008 के िनयम 4 के उप-िनयम (iv) िनDनिलIखत (cid:26)ारा ूितःथा(cid:18)पत Eकया जाएगा :-

सं(cid:8)या-I ूा0आ0-11/2006-497/आ0ू0 का अंमेजी भाषा म7 िनDनिलIखत अनुवाद (cid:18)बहार- रा>यपाल के ूािधकार से इसके (cid:26)ारा ूकािशत Eकया जाता है, जो भारतीय सं(cid:18)वधान के अनुWछे द- 348 के खंड (3) के अधीन अंमेजी भाषा म7 उसका ूािधकृ त 416 समझा जायेगा।

No I Pra aa-11/2006-497/Aa Pra—In exercise of Powers conferred by section 14 of the Disaster Management Act 2005 (53 of 2005), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment in Disaster Management (Term of office and conditions of service of Members of the State Authority and pay and Allowances to Members of Advisory Committee) Rules 2008.
1. Short Title extent and commencement.—(i) These rules may be called Disaster Management (Term of office and conditions of service of Members of the State Authority and pay and Allowances to members of Advisory Committee) (Amendments) Rule 2009.
(ii) These rules shall come into force from the date of its publication in the official Gazette.
2. Sub rule (iv) of rule 4 of Disaster management (Term of office and conditions of Service of Members of the State Authority and Pay and Allowances to Member of Advisory Committee) Rules 2008 shall be substituted by the following:-
(vi) "The maximum age for Vice Chairman/ Members will be 70 years, but in case of deserving person in exceptional cases the power of relaxation of maximum age limit from 70 to 80 will be vested in the chairperson."
