जी0एस0आर0 5, दिनांक 12 अप्रील 2010—सरकार की राय में गेहॅू की उपलब्धता एवं आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए राज्य में अधिप्राप्ति केन्द्रों का संचालन आवश्यक एवं समीचीन है ताकि बिहार राज्य के कृषक अपने उपज का सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य पर समुचित लाभ प्राप्त कर सकें । अधिप्राप्ति का कार्य भारतीय खाद्य निगम के क्रय केन्द्रो के माध्यम से किया जायेगा ।
2. बिहार सहकारी समितियॉ अधिनियम, 1935 के तहत निबंधित प्राथमिक कृषि साख समितियॉ (पैक्स), बिहार राज्य खाद्य एवं असैनिक आपूर्ति निगम लि0, बिस्कोमान तथा नेफेड को भारतीय खाद्य निगम सहित रब्बी विपणन मौसम 2010-11 के अन्तर्गत गेहॅू की अधिप्रप्ति करने हेतु अभिकरण के रूप में प्राधिकृत किया जाता है । 3. गेहॅू अधिप्राप्ति कार्य के लिए प्राथमिक कृषि साख समितियॉ (पैक्स) का चयन जिला पदाधिकारी की अध्यक्षता में गठित टास्क फोर्स की बैठक में किया जायेगा एवं जिला पदाधिकारी समितियों का चयन करने के पूर्व उनके पूर्व के वर्षो में अधिप्राप्ति कार्य की उपलब्धियां एवं उनकी क्रियाशीलता को देखते हुए उनका चयन इस प्रकार करेंगे कि जिला के लगभग सभी प्रखंड पैक्स के क्रय केन्द्र से आच्छादित हो जाए ।
4. उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय (खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग) भारत सरकार, नई दिल्ली के पत्र सं0 16(16)/2009 पी0वाई0 -I, दिनांक 2 दिसम्बर 2009 के द्वारा रब्बी विपणन मौसम 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण)] 12 अूील 2010 5. रब्बी विपणन मौसम 2010-11 के अन्तर्गत गेहॅू अधिप्राप्ति कार्यक्रम दिनांक 15 अप्रील 2010 से 30 जून (सं0 प्र4-र0वि0अधि0-04/2009—2049) बिहार-राज्यपाल के आदेश से, जयशंकर प्रसाद यादव, सरकार के उप-सचिव ।

G.S.R. 5, dated the 12th April 2010—WHEREAS the Government is of opinion that it is necessary and expedient to establish procurement centres for securing the availability and supply of wheat on Minimum Support Price in the interest of farmers of Bihar through the purchase centres of Food Corporation of India.
2. In addition to Food Corporation of India Primary Agriculture credit Societies (PACS) registered under Bihar State Co-operative Societies Act, 1935, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., BISCOMAUN and NAFED are authorized as procuring agencies for the procurement of wheat in term of Rabi Marketing season 2010-11.
3. In order to facilitate the procurement work the selection of Primary Agriculture credit Societies shall be done by constituted Task Force under the Chairmanship of respective D.M.s and prior to selection of said committee the respective D.M. will look into the achievement of procurement works and its functionality during corresponding year and further pacs will be selected in a manner that each Block of the District should be covered by these purchase centres.
4. The Minimum Support Price of the wheat has been fixed up Rs. 1100.00 per quintal under Rabi Marketing Season 2010-11 as per letter no. 16(16)/2009 - PY. - I dated 2nd December 2009 of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution (Food & Public Distribution Department) Government of India, New Delhi.
5. Wheat procurement programme during Rabi Maraketing Season 2010-11 will be effective form 15th April 2010 to 30th June 2010.
