((((संसंसंसं0000 पपपपटना टना टना टना 281281281281) ) ) ) पपपपटनाटनाटनाटना, , , , बुधबुधबुधबुधवारवारवारवार,,,, 21212121 अूीलअूीलअूीलअूील 2020202010101010 वाणिज्य-कर विभाग ------- अधिसूचनाएं 19 अप्रील 2010 एस0ओ0 74, दिनांक 21 अप्रील 2010—भारत संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियोें का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार-राज्यपाल समय-समय पर यथा संषोधित बिहार विा सेवा नियमावली, 1953 मेें निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं, जो बिहार विा सेवा के 47वीं बैच के नवनियुक्त पदाधिकारियों के लिए चालू प्रषिक्षण सत्र से लागू होगाः-

उक्त नियमावली के नियम-34, के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित नियम प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगाः-
''34-प्रषिक्षण-प्रषिक्षण की अवधि साधारणतः अस्सी सप्ताह की होगी तथा प्रषिक्षण कार्यक्रम सरकार द्वारा अनुमोदित किये जायेंगे।'' 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण)] 21 अूील 2010 The 19th April 2010 S.O. 74, dated the 21st April 2010—In exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment in the Bihar Finance Service Rules, 1953 as amended from time to time, which will be applicable from the current training session of the newly appointed Officers of 47th batch of Bihar Finance Service:—
Amendment
In place of rule 34 of the said Rules the following rule shall be substituted:-
"34-Training-The period of training shall ordinarily be of eighty weeks and a programme of training shall be approved by the Government."
