((((संसंसंसं0000 पपपपटना टना टना टना 338338338338) ) ) ) पपपपटनाटनाटनाटना, , , , शुबशुबशुबशुबवारवारवारवार,,,, 28282828 मईमईमईमई 2020202010101010 वाणिज्य-कर विभाग ------- अधिसूचनाएं 27 मई 2010 एस॰ओ॰ 106, दिनांक 28 मई 2010—बिहार मूल्य वर्द्धित-कर अधिनियम, 2005 (अधिनियम सं॰ 27/2005) की धारा-14 की उप-धारा-(2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये बिहार के राज्यपाल उक्त अधिनियम के साथ उपाबद्ध अनुसूची-III, भाग I एवं अनुसूची I में निम्नलिखित संषोधन करते हैं :

1. अधिनियम के साथ उपाबद्ध अनुसूची-III की क्रम संख्या 8 एवं उसकी अनुसारी प्रविष्टियाँ निम्नवत् प्रतिस्थापित की जायेंगी :
''8. कीमती धातुओं एवं कॉसा और बेल मेटल से निर्मित बरतन छोड़कर सभी बरतन, जिसमें प्रेसर कूकर और पैन शामिल है।''
2. उक्त अधिनियम के साथ उपावद्ध अनुसूची I की क्रम संख्या 30 एवं उसकी अनुसारी प्रविष्टियाँ निम्नवत् प्रतिस्थापित की जायेंगी :-
''30. दस्तकारी एवं घरेलू सामान जिसमें कॉसा एवं बेल मेटल से निर्मित बरतन शामिल हैं।'' 3. यह अधिसूचना निर्गमन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त होगी।

27 मई 2010 एस॰ओ॰. 107, एस॰ओ॰ 106, दिनांक 28 मई 2010 का अंग्रेजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाषित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खंड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा। 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण)] 28 मई 2010 The 27th May 2010 S.O. 106 dated 28th May 2010—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section(2) of Section-14 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005, (Act No. 27/2005) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments in Schedule- III, part- 1and Schedule- I appended to the said Act :
AMENDMENTS
1. Serial No. 8 and its corresponding entry of part-1 of Schedule III appended to the said Act shall be substituted as follows:
"8. All utensils, including pressure cookers and pans excluding utensils made of precious metals and brass and bell metals".
2. Serial No- 30 and its corresponding entry of Schedule I appended to the said Act shall be substituted as follows:
"30. Handicrafts and household articles including utensils made of brass and bell metal."
3. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of issue.
