सं0 बी1-3-48/2010-15——यतः लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा-16 के अधीन निर्गत अधिसूचना के अनुसरण में दिनांक 21 जुलाई, 2010 को बिहार विधान-सभा के सदस्यों द्वारा बिहार विधान परिशद के लिए निर्वाचित 7 (सात) सदस्यों की पदावधि समाप्त होने पर उनके स्थानों को भरने के प्रयोजनार्थ निर्वाचन हो चुका है।
इसलिए, अब उक्त अधिनियम की धारा-74 के अनुसरण में बिहार विधान-सभा के सदस्यों द्वारा बिहार विधान परिशद के लिए निर्वाचित सदस्यों के नामों को सर्वसाधारण की सूचना के लिए अधिसूचित किया जाता है।

1. उदय कांत चौधरी 2. किरण घई सिन्हा 3. प्रोफेसर गुलाम गौस 4. रामचन्द्र प्रसाद 5. रूदल राय 6. विजय कुमार वर्मा 7. हरेन्द्र प्रताप पाण्डेय 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण)] 22 जुलाई 2010 ELECTION DEPARTMENT ——— NOTIFICATION The 22nd July 2010 No. B1-3-48/2010-15—WHEREAS election has been held in pursuance of notification issued under section 16 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) for the purpose of filling the 7 (Seven) seats of members of Bihar Legislative Council, elected by members of Bihar Legislative Assembly, their term of office expiring on 21st July, 2010. NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of section 74 of the said Act, the names of members of Bihar Legislative Council elected by the members of Bihar Legislative Assembly are hereby notified for general information. Members of Bihar Legislative Council elected by members of Bihar Legislative Assembly :—
