सं0 3ए-5-से0नि-10/-2008-9544—भारत संविधान के अनुच्छेद-309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार-राज्यपाल एतद्द्वारा बिहार सेवा संहिता 1952 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं :-
बिहार सेवा (संशोधन) संहिता-2010
1. संक्षिप्त नाम एवं प्रारम्भ- (i) यह बिहार सेवा (संशोधन) संहिता 2010 कही जा सकेगी ।
(ii) यह तुरंत के प्रभाव से प्रवृत होगी ।
2. बिहार सेवा संहिता के नियम-73 उप-नियम (i) के विद्यमान परंतुकों के बाद चतुर्थ परंतुक के रूप में निम्नलिखित परन्तुक जोड़ा जाएगा- 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 13 अ+तूबर 2010 The 1st september 2010 No. 3A-5.S.R.-10/2008-9543—In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to article 309 of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar hereby makes the following amendment in Bihar Service Code, 1952:-
BIHAR SERVICE (AMENDMENT) CODE 2010
1. Short title and commencement—(i) This may be called Bihar Service (Amendment) Code 2010.
(ii) It shall come into force with immediate effect.
2. The following proviso shall be added as the Fourth proviso after the exiting provisos to sub rule (i) of Rule 73 of Bihar service code –
"Provided also that the date of retirement of the Doctor of Bihar Employees State Insurance Medical service shall be the date on which he attains the age of 62 years."
