सं0 बिक्री-कर/विविध-57/2007-1330—बिहार मूल्य वर्द्धित-कर नियमावली, 2005 के नियम 19 के उप-नियम (8) के तृतीय परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये एवं नियमावली के नियम 27(8) के अंतर्गत निर्गत विभागीय अधिसूचना संख्या 1329, दिनांक 15 अप्रील 2011 के क्रम में वाणिज्य-कर आयुक्त, बिहार, पटना वैसे व्यवसायियों को, जिन्होने वित्तीय वर्ष 2010-11 मे वार्षिक रुपये एक लाख़ से अधिक कर का भुगतान किया है, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक माध्यम से विभागीय वेबसाइट पर कर, सूद एवं शास्ति की पावती सहित विवरणी अनिवार्य रूप से दाखिल करने का आदेश देते हैं।

2. यह अधिसूचना वित्तीय वर्ष 2011-12 से प्रभावी होगी।

3. यह अधिसूचना पूर्व में निर्गत अधिसूचना संख्या 2304, दिनांक 27 मई, 2010 के क्रम में प्रभावी होगी।

No. Bikri–Kar/57/2007-1330—In exercise of powers conferred under thirdproviso of sub-rule (8) of rule 19 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Rules, 2005 and in continuation of Departmental Notification No.1329, dated 15th April 2011 issued under 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 18 अूील 2011 rule 27(8) of the Rules, the Commissioner, Commercial Taxes, Bihar, Patna is pleased to order that those dealers who have made an annual tax payment of above one lakh rupees during financial year 2010-11, will file returns along with receipt of payment of tax, interest and penalty compulsorily by electronic means through departmental website.

2. This notification shall come into force from financial year 2011-12.

3. This notification shall be effective in continuation with Notification No. 2304, dated 27th May, 2010.
