एस0ओ0 151 दिनांक 6 जून 2011—भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम, 1988 (1988 का अधिनियम-49) की धारा-3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार सरकार, माननीय उच्च न्यायालय, पटना के परामर्श से भ्रष्टाचार निवारण अधिनियम 1988 के अधीन केन्द्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो (सी0बी0आई0) द्वारा अनुसंधानित मामलों के त्वरित निष्पादन हेतु पटना में अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश के तीन विशेष न्यायालयों का गठन करती है एवं इन न्यायालयों की अधिकारिता निम्नवत प्रदत्त करती है :-

3. इस संदर्भ में केन्द्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो के विशेष न्यायालय (उत्तर) एवं विशेष न्यायालय (दक्षिण) से संबंधित पूर्व निर्गत विभागीय अधिसूचना सं0-5186/जे0, दिनांक 29 नवम्बर 2004 एतद्द्वारा निरसित की जाती है। विभागीय अधिसूचना सं0 2202, दिनांक 10 अप्रील 2004 द्वारा गठित केन्द्रीय अन्वेषण ब्यूरो से संबंधित विशेष न्यायालय, जो पशुपालन विभाग के चारा घोटाला मामलों के द्रुत निष्पादनार्थ गठित है, यथावत रहेंगे।

एस0ओ0 152, एस0ओ0 151 दिनांक 6 जून 2011 का अंग्रेजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा का प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

S.O. 151, dated the 6th June 2011— In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub section - (1) of section-3 of the Prevention of corruption Act, 1988 (Act 49 of 1988), The Government of Bihar, in consultation with the Hon'ble High court of Judicature at Patna, Constitutes three additional special courts of Additional District and Sessions Judge at Patna for speedy disposal of cases investigated under the Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 by the central Bureau of Investigation (C.B.I.), and confers the Jurisdiction of these courts as follows:-

| 2 | Court of the Special Judge-II | All cases pertaining to customs and central excise, all cases pertaining to department of posts and all cases pertaining to the officials of the Government of Bihar. |
| 3 | Court of the special Judge-III | All cases pertaining to Railways, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (B.S.N.L.), Food Corporation of India (F.C.I.) and Income Tax Department, all other cases. |
2. This notification shall come into force with immediate effect. 3. Relating to special Court (North) and Special Court (South) of C.B.I., the departmental Notification No.-5186/J, dated 29th November 2004 issued prior in this context, is hereby repealed. Special court of C.B.I. constituted for the speedy disposal of the fodder scam cases of the Animal Husbandry department, vide departmental Notification no.-2202, dated 10th April 2004, shall continue.
