सं0 4(न) गठ-16/2009-3997/न0वि0एवंआ0वि0—बिहार नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 2007 (बिहार अधिनियम, 11, 2007) की धारा-3 सह पठित धारा-4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार-राज्यपाल निम्नलिखित आदेश का प्रारूप, उन व्यक्तियों की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित करते हैं जो इससे प्रभावित हाें सकने वाले हों और इसके द्वारा सूचना दी जाती है कि इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन से एक माह के बाद उक्त प्रारूप पर विचार किया जायेगा।
प्रारूप प्रकाशन की अवधि में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन से एक माह के भीतर विभाग में या संबंधित प्रण्डलीय आयुक्त/जिला पदाधिकारी के माध्यम से प्राप्त आपत्तियों/सुझावों पर उक्त अधिनियम की धारा-5 के अधीन विचार किया जायेगा।
सी0डब्ल्यू0जे0सी0 नं0-10438/2009 कुमकुम देवी बनाम् राज्य सरकार एवं अन्य में दिनांक 08 अप्रील 2011 को पारित माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के फैसले के अनुसार नगर निगम, मुंंगेर को गठित करने वाली विभाग की प्रारूप-अधिसूचना संख्या 641, दिनांक 25 फरवरी 2009 एवं अधिसूचना संख्या 1809, दिनांक 26 मई 2009 एतद् द्वारा बातिल (Annul) की जाती है।
प्रारूप आदेश
सं0 4(न) गठ-16/2009-3997—बिहार नगरपालिका अधिनियम, 2007 (बिहार अधिनियम, 11, 2007) की धारा-3 की उप-धारा (1) (क) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल घोषित करते हैं कि(cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 15 जुलाई 2011 2 उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ, मुंगेर जिलान्तर्गत नगर परिषद, मुंगेर के वत्र्तमान क्षेत्र के ग्रामों की परिधि में पड़ने वाले क्षेत्रों को, जिनकी चौहद्दी नीचे दी गई है, नगर निगम घोषित करने, प्रशासनिक उपबंध करने तथा उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंधों को उक्त क्षेत्र में लागू करना आवश्यक हैः-
1. (क) ग्राम पंचायतों, ग्रामों के नाम एवं थाना नं0

सं0 4(न) गठ-16/2009-3997/न0वि0एवंआ0वि0 का निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

No. 4(न) गठ-16/2009-3997-UD&HD—In exercise of powers conferred by section 3 read with Section-4 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 (Bihar Act, 11,2007) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to publish the following draft order for the information of those who are likely to be affected by it and notice is hereby given that the said draft would be considered after a month from the publication of this notification.
Objections/Suggestions received within one month of publication of this notification in the Department or through the concerned District Magistrate/Divisional Commissioner during the draft publication will be considered under Section-5 of the said Act.

No. 4(न) गठ-16/2009-3997—In Exercise of powers conferred by sub section (1) (a) of Secion-3 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 (Bihar Act 11, 2007) the Governor of Bihar declares that for the purpose of the said Act, it is necessary to make an administrative provision and to enforce the provisions of the said Act in the present village area of Munger Nagar Prishad declaring it Munger Municipal Corporation falling within the circle of village areas under in the District of Munger whose boundary are noted below:-
