सं॰ 100/बिहार-वि.स./2/2011—यतः बिहार राज्य की विधान-सभा में 109-दरौंदा109-दरौंदा109-दरौंदा109-दरौंदा विधान-सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से निर्वाचित श्रीमती जगमातो देवीश्रीमती जगमातो देवीश्रीमती जगमातो देवीश्रीमती जगमातो देवी की मृत्यु हो जाने के परिणामस्वरूप दिनांक 26 जून, 2011 से स्थान रिक्त हो गया है; और 3333.... अतः, अब, लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43) की धारा-150 की उप-धारा (1) और धाराओं 30 और 56 के अनुसरण में भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्द्वारा :-
(अ)(अ)(अ)(अ) बिहार राज्य से उक्त 109-दरौंदा109-दरौंदा109-दरौंदा109-दरौंदा विधान-सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से यह अपेक्षा करता है कि उक्त अधिनियम के और तद्धीन बनाये गये नियमों और किये गये आदेषों के उपबन्धों के अनुसार 19 अक्तूबर, 2011 (बुधवार) से पूर्व राज्य की विधान-सभा में हुई उक्त रिक्ति को भरने के प्रयोजन से एक व्यक्ति निर्वाचित करें;
(आ)(आ)(आ)(आ) उक्त निर्वाचन के संबंध मेंंः-
(क)(क)(क)(क) नामनिर्देषन करने की अन्तिम तारीख ः 26 सितम्बर, 2011 (सोमवार) (ख)(ख)(ख)(ख) नामनिर्देषनों की संवीक्षा की तारीख ः 27 सितम्बर, 2011 (मंगलवार) (ग)(ग)(ग)(ग) अभ्यर्थिताएं वापस लेने की अन्तिम तारीख ः 29 सितम्बर, 2011 (बृहस्पतिवार) (घ)(घ)(घ)(घ) वह तारीख जिसको, यदि आवष्यक हुआ तो मतदान होगा ः 13 अक्तूबर, 2011 (बृहस्पतिवार) (ड(ड(ड(ड....)))) वह तारीख जिससे पूर्व निर्वाचन सम्पन्न करा लिया जायेगा ः 19 अक्तूबर, 2011 (बुधवार) नियत करता है; औरनियत करता है; औरनियत करता है; औरनियत करता है; और

No.100/BR-LA/2011:- WHEREAS, the seat of Smt. Jagmato Devi, in the Legislative Assembly of the State of Bihar, elected from 109-Daraunda Assembly Constituency in the State, has become vacant on 26th June, 2011 by reason of her death; and
2. WHEREAS, a bye-election is to be held for the purpose of filling the said vacancy;
3. NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 150 and sections 30 and 56 of the Representation of the people Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election Commission of India hereby-3 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 19 िसत,बर 2011 (A) Calls upon the said 109-Daraunda Assembly Constituency in the State of Bihar, to elect, before the 19th October, 2011 (Wednesday) and in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and of the rules and orders made thereunder, a person, for the purpose of filling the said vacancy in the Legislative Assembly of the State;
(B) appoints, with respect to the said election :-
(a) the 26th September, 2011 (Monday), as the last date for making nominations; (b) the 27th September, 2011 (Tuesday), as the last date for the scrutiny of nominations; (c) the 29th September, 2011 (Thursday), as the last date for the withdrawal of candidatures;
(d) The 13th October, 2011 (Thursday), as the date on which a poll shall, if necessary, be taken, and
(e) the 19the October, 2011 (Wednesday), as the date before which the election shall be completed; and
(C) fixes the hours from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. as the hours during which the poll shall, if necessary, be taken on the date specified above for the election.
