एस0ओ0 323, दिनांक 21 सितम्बर 2011—गृह (विशेष) विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या एस0ओ0-10871 दिनांक 22 जून 2011 के क्रम में तथा राष्ट्रीय सुरक्षा अधिनियम, 1980 (सं0-65/1980) की धारा-3 की उप-धारा (3) के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार ने निर्णय लिया है कि सभी जिला दण्डाधिकारी, दिनांक 01 अक्तूबर 2011 से दिनांक 31 दिसम्बर 2011 तक और तीन महीने की अवधि के लिए उपर्युक्त धारा की उप-धारा-(2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग अपने क्षेत्राधिकार की स्थानीय सीमाओं में कर सकेंगे।

2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 21 िसत+बर 2011 The 21st September 2011 S.O. 323, dated the 21st September 2011—In continuation of Home (Special)Department. Notification No. 10871, dated 22nd June 2011 exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of the Section (3) of the National Security Act, 1980 (No. 65/1980), the State Government has been pleased to direct that All District Magistrates of the State of Bihar shall exercise the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of the said section within the local limits of their jurisdiction for a further period of three months from 01st October 2011 to 31st December 2011.
