सं0 4/बी0मु020-22/09-244/एम0—खान एवं खनिज ;विकास एवं विनियमनद्ध अध्निियम, 1957 ;अध्निियम सं0 67, 1957द्ध की धरा-15 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये बिहार-राज्यपाल बिहार लघु खनिज समनुदान नियमावली, 1972 के नियम 26;1द्ध;खद्ध की अनुसूची-II में निम्नलिखित संशोध्न करते हैं जो तुरत प्रवृत्त होगाः—

द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जिसे भारतीय संविधन के अनुच्छेद-348 के खण्ड ;3द्ध के अध्ीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राध्किृत पाठ समझा जायेगा ।

No. 4/B.Mu.20-22/09-244 /M—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 15 of the Mines & Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Act. No. 67 of 1957) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment in Schedule II of Rule 26(1)(b) of Bihar Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1972 which shall come into force immediately:-
Amendment
1. In the said Rules, S.No.-3 of existing schedule II shall be substituted by the following; namely:—

2. This will come into force from the date of issue of order.
