1. योगदान के समय श्री राम कृष्ण परमहंस को सिविल सर्जन से अपना स्वास्थ्य प्रमाण-पत्र, शैक्षणिक योग्यता प्रमाण-पत्र एवं जन्म तिथि प्रमाण-पत्र प्रस्तुत करना होगा ।

2- यह नियुक्ति विल्कुल अस्थायी है तथा किसी भी समय बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के सेवा समाप्त की जा सकती है ।

3- योगदान के समय श्री राम कृष्ण परमहंस को इस आशय का शपथ पत्र देना होगा कि मृत सरकारी सेवक (स्व0 गनौरी पासवान) के आश्रितों का भरण पोषण करने के लिए वे पूर्णतः उत्तरदायी होगें । यदि वे ऐसा नहीं करते है तो यह कदाचार माना जायेगा । प्रतिशपथ पत्र में इस बात का उल्लेख होना चाहिए कि इसकी अवहेलना करने पर उनकी परिलब्धियों में से यथोचित अंश काट कर मृत सरकारी सेवक के आश्रितों को देने का आदेश नियुक्ति पदाधिकारी द्वारा दिया जा सकता है ।

4- दिनांक 1 सितम्बर 2005 से पेंशन की नई स्कीम लागू हो गयी है । अतः श्री राम कृष्ण परमहंस के मामलों में वही पेशन स्कीम लागू होगी ।

5- श्री राम कृष्ण परमहंस को इस आशय का शपथ पत्र भी समर्पित करना होगा कि उनके द्वारा तिलक दहेज नहीं लिया गया है । नहीं लिया जायेगा ।

6. योगदान के लिए किसी प्रकार का मार्ग व्यय देय नहीं होगा एवं योगदान करने की तिथि से ही उनकी नियुक्ति मान्य होगी ।

सं॰ कौन/भी-903/2004-11-विभागीय अधिसूचना संख्या-12, दिनांक 12 फरवरी 2009 द्वारा श्री नवीन कुमार, बि0 वि॰ से॰ सम्प्रति वाणिज्य-कर पदाधिकारी, झंझारपुर अंचल, झंझारपुर को उनके कोषागार पदाधिकारी, भोजपुर (आरा) के पदस्थापनकाल में बरती गयी कतिपय अनियमितताओं के लिए 8 (आठ) वार्षिक वेतन वृद्धियाँ आदेष निर्गमन की तिथि से संचयात्मक प्रभाव से रोके जाने एवं वर्ष 2016 तक प्रोन्नति बाधित रखने का निर्णय लिया गया था। इस दण्डादेष के विरूद्ध उनके द्वारा पुनर्विलोकन आवेदन समर्पित किया गया, जिसके समीक्षोपरान्त पूर्व में दिये गये दण्ड पर पुनर्विचार करते हुए सरकार द्वारा विभागीय अधिसूचना संख्या-116, दिनांक 13 जुलाई 2011 द्वारा इन्हें 8 (आठ) वार्षिक वेतन वृद्धियाँ असंचयात्मक प्रभाव से रोके जाने का निर्णय संसूचित किया गया था। पुनः इसी दण्डादेष के विरुद्ध उनके द्वारा पुनर्विलोकन आवेदन समर्पित किया गया, जिसके समीक्षोपरान्त पूर्व में दिये गये दण्ड पर पुनर्विचार करते हुए सरकार द्वारा इन्हें 3 (तीन) वार्षिक वेतन वृद्धियां असंचयात्मक प्रभाव से रोके जाने का निर्णय लिया गया है।

Vi. /Stha (Vi.Nya.)-17/12-379—WHEREAS, It is alleged that Sri Birednra Narayan Sharma, the then Executive Engineer, Building Construction Department, Saharsa, Permanent Address :- S/o Late Bans Narayan Sharma, Village-Rampur, Dehri, P.S. - Sikraul, Distt.- Buxar, At Present Address :- Flat No. - 303, Sharda Lok Apartment, Nehru Nagar, P.S. - Patliputra, Distt.- Patna, while holding the post of the Executive Engineer, Building Construction Department, Saharsa and serving in different capacities under Bihar Government, committed the offence of criminal misconduct defined under clause (e) of sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and that the matter is being investigated in Vigilance investigation Bureau Vide Vig. P.S. Case No. 66/09 dated.: 10-06-2009. AND WHEREAS, on scrutiny of relevant materials available on record, the State Government is of the opinion that there is prima facie case of Commission of above mentioned criminal misconduct by said the Executive Engineer, Building Construction Department, Saharsa, who has accumulated properties disproportionate to his known sources of income by resorting to corrupt means. AND WHEREAS, it is felt necessary and expedient by the Government that the said offender should be tried for confiscation of the properties mentioned in the application by the Special Court Established under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of Special Courts Act, 2009; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5 of Special Courts Act, 2009, the State Government do hereby declare that the said offence be dealt with under the provision of Special Courts Act, 2009.

Digha, Patna, Permanent Address :- S/o Sri Gharbharan Prasad, Village - Bankatta, P.S. - Chodho Dhapar, Distt. - Deoria (U.P.), At Present Address : - Sanmati Sadan, Janta Road, Jakkanpur, P.S. - Jakkanpur, Patna, while holding the post of the Head Clerk, I.T.I. Digha, Patna and serving in different capacities under Bihar Government, committed the offence of criminal misconduct defined under clause (e) of sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and that the matter is being investigated in Vigilance investigation Bureau Vide Vig. P.S. Case No. 77/09 dated.: 28-07-2009.

AND WHEREAS, on scrutiny of relevant materials available on record, the State Government is of the opinion that there is prima facie case of Commission of above mentioned criminal misconduct by said the Head Clerk, I.T.I. Digha, Patna, who has accumulated properties disproportionate to his known sources of income by resorting to corrupt means. AND WHEREAS, it is felt necessary and expedient by the Government that the said offender should be tried for confiscation of the properties mentioned in the application by the Special Court Established under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of Special Courts Act, 2009; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5 of Special Courts Act, 2009, the State Government do hereby declare that the said offence be dealt with under the provision of Special Courts Act, 2009.

P.S. Case No. 19/03 dated.: 15- 11-2003. AND WHEREAS, on scrutiny of relevant materials available on record, the State Government is of the opinion that there is prima facie case of Commission of above mentioned criminal misconduct by said the Head Cleark, Civil Surgeon Office, Motihari, East Champaran (Retd.), who has accumulated properties disproportionate to his known sources of income by resorting to corrupt means. AND WHEREAS, it is felt necessary and expedient by the Government that the said offender should be tried for confiscation of the properties mentioned in the application by the Special Court Established under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of Special Courts Act, 2009; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5 of Special Courts Act, 2009, the State Government do hereby declare that the said offence be dealt with under the provision of Special Courts Act, 2009.

Commissioner of Excise, Govt. of Bihar, Patna and serving in different capacities under Bihar Government, committed the offence of criminal misconduct defined under clause (e) of sub-section (1) of Section 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and that the matter is being investigated in Vigilance investigation Bureau Vide Vig. P.S. Case No. 20/2000 dated.: 20-09-2000. AND WHEREAS, on scrutiny of relevant materials available on record, the State Government is of the opinion that there is prima facie case of Commission of above mentioned criminal misconduct by said the Dy. Commissioner of Excise, Govt. of Bihar, Patna, who has accumulated properties disproportionate to his known sources of income by resorting to corrupt means.

AND WHEREAS, it is felt necessary and expedient by the Government that the said offender should be tried for confiscation of the properties mentioned in the application by the Special Court Established under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of Special Courts Act, 2009; NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 5 of Special Courts Act, 2009, the State Government do hereby declare that the said offence be dealt with under the provision of Special Courts Act, 2009.
