7/नि॰ (विधि-1)न्या॰मा॰-05/08 खंड-ii-1273—बिहार राज्य निर्वाचन प्राधिकार अधिनियम, 2008 बिहार राज्य निर्वाचन प्राधिकार अधिनियम, 2008 की धारा-4 एवं उसके अधीन बनी नियमावली, 2008 के नियम-3 के आलोक में बिहार सहकारी सोसाइटी की धारा-4 एवं उसके अधीन बनी नियमावली, 2008 के नियम-3 के आलोक में बिहार सहकारी सोसाइटी की धारा-4 एवं उसके अधीन बनी नियमावली, 2008 के नियम-3 के आलोक में बिहार सहकारी सोसाइटी (संषोधन) अधिनियम, 2011 की धारा- 14 (क) (1) में निहित प्रावधानों के तहत इस अधिनियम के अधीन निबंधित (संषोधन) अधिनियम, 2011 की धारा-14 (क) (1) में निहित प्रावधानों के तहत इस अधिनियम के अधीन निबंधित सहकारी समिति के प्रबंध समिति के निर्वाचन का संचालन, बिहार राज्य निर्वाचन प्राधिकार अधिनियम, 2008 के सहकारी समिति के प्रबंध समिति के निर्वाचन का संचालन, बिहार राज्य निर्वाचन प्राधिकार अधिनियम, 2008 के सहकारी समिति के प्रबंध समिति के निर्वाचन का संचालन, बिहार राज्य निर्वाचन प्राधिकार अधिनियम, 2008 के अधीन गठित बिहार राज्य निर्वाचन प्राधिकार द्वारा किया जाएगा। अधीन गठित बिहार राज्य निर्वाचन प्राधिकार द्वारा किया जाएगा।
