असाधारण अंकअसाधारण अंकअसाधारण अंकअसाधारण अंक (cid:18)बहार सरकार (cid:26)ारा ूकािशत(cid:18)बहार सरकार (cid:26)ारा ूकािशत(cid:18)बहार सरकार (cid:26)ारा ूकािशत(cid:18)बहार सरकार (cid:26)ारा ूकािशत 21212121 चैऽचैऽचैऽचैऽ 1111934934934934 ((((शशशश0000)))) ((((संसंसंसं0000 पपपपटना टना टना टना 141414148888) ) ) ) पपपपटनाटनाटनाटना,,,, मंगलमंगलमंगलमंगलवारवारवारवार,,,, 10101010 अूीलअूीलअूीलअूील 2012201220122012 समाज कल्याण विभाग ------ अधिसूचनाएं 29 मार्च 2012 बिहार बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग (संषोधन) नियमावली, 2012 सं0 10/विविध-57/2006-771—बाल संरक्षण अधिनियम, 2005 (2006 का 4) की धारा-36 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार बिहार बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग नियमावली, 2010 के संषोधन हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाती हैः- यथाः- 1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं आरंभः- (1) यह नियमावली बिहार बाल अधिकार संरक्षण आयोग (संषोधन) नियमावली, 2012 कही जा सकेगी।

(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह तुरंत प्रवृत्त होगी।

2. उक्त नियमावली, 2010 के नियम 8 (7)(ख) को निम्नवत प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा :- अध्यक्ष यात्रा भत्ता एवं दैनिक भत्ता से संबंधित विपत्रों के बावत स्वयं नियंत्री पदाधिकारी होगा। अन्य सदस्यों के यात्रा भत्ता से संबंधित विपत्रों के बावत अध्यक्ष नियंत्री पदाधिकारी होंगे। 3. उक्त नियमावली, 2010 के नियम 10 को निम्नवत्‌ प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगाः- वाहन सुविधा :- अध्यक्ष एवं सदस्य मात्र शासकीय प्रायोजन से यात्रा के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा समय-समय पर निर्धारित वाहन सुविधाओं का हकदार होगा।ं

29 मार्च 2012 सं0 10/विविध-57/2006-771 का अंग्रेजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाषित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा का प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाय।बिहार-राज्यपाल के आदेष से, (ह0) अस्पष्ट, सरकार के सचिव। 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 10 अूील 2012 The 29th March 2012 Bihar Commission for Protection of Child Right (Amendment) Rules, 2012 सं0 10/विविध-57/2006-771—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 36 of the Commission for Protection of Child Right Act, 2005 (4 of 2006) the State Government of Bihar makes the following rules to amend The Bihar Commission for Protection of Child Right Rules, 2010:-

1. Short title, extent and commencement:—(1) These rules may be called the Bihar Commission for Protection of Child Rights (Amendment) Rules, 2012.

(2) It shall extend to the whole of the state of Bihar. (3) It shall come in to force at once. 2. Rule 8(7)(b) of the said rules, 2010 shall be substituted by the following:—The Chairperson shall be his own controlling officer in respect of his bills relating to traveling allowance and daily allowance whereas in the case of other members the chairperson will be the controlling officer.

3. Rule 10 of the said rules, 2010 shall be substituted by the following:—Facility for Conveyance - The Chairperson and every other member shall be entitled to the facilities of conveyance for journeys for official purpose only as prescribed by the State Government from time to time.
