सं0 बिक्री-कर/विविध-57/2007-1506—बिहार मूल्यवर्द्धित कर नियमावली, 2005 के नियम 19 के उप-नियम (8) के तृतीय परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुये वाणिज्य-कर आयुक्त अधिसूचना संख्या 1330, दिनांक 15.04.2011, संख्या 2304, दिनांक 27.05.2010 तथा संख्या 2095, दिनांक 15.06.2009 के अंतर्गत आनेवाले व्यवसायियों के साथ-साथ वैसे श्रेणी के व्यवसायियों जिनके द्वारा विगत किसी अवधि से संबंधित रुपये एक से अधिक का कर, सूद या अर्थदण्ड का भुगतान किया गया हो, के द्वारा यदि केन्द्रीय बिक्री कर अधिनियम, 1956 या संबंधित नियमावली के प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत कोई घोषणा-पत्र अथवा वैधानिक प्रपत्र निर्गमण हेतु आवेदन दाखिल करते हों, के लिए अनिवार्य रूप से सभी विवरणियाँ इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रीति से विभागीय वेबसाईट पर करने का आदेश देते हैं। 2. यह अधिसूचना निर्गमण की तिथि से प्रभावी होगी।

No. Bikri Kar/Vividh-57/2007-1506—In exercise of the powers conferred by the third proviso to sub-rule (8) of Rule 19 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Rules, 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 16 अूील 2012 2005 , the Commissioner is pleased to direct that, in addition to the dealers required by notification numbers 1330, dated 15.04.2011, 2304, dated 27.05.2010 and 2095

dated 15.06.2009, such category of dealers who have made any payment of any tax, interest or penalty in excess of one rupee during any preceeding period and who apply for issuance of any declaration or certificate prescribed under the Central Sales Tax Act, 1956 or the rules made thereunder, shall be required to furnish all returns required to be furnished by them compulsorily by electronic means on the departmental website.

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of issuance.
