सं0 सं0का0-1/शपथ/प्रतिज्ञान (वि0स0/वि0प0)-4025/2006-862—बिहार के राज्यपाल के दिनांक 4 मई, 2012 का निम्नलिखित आदेश सर्वसाधारण की सूचना के लिए इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है :-
'' भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद 188 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मैं, देबानन्द कुँवर, बिहार का राज्यपाल, इसके द्वारा बिहार विधान परिषद के उप सभापति श्री सलीम परवेज को वह व्यक्ति नियुक्त करता हूँ, जिसके समक्ष, बिहार विधान परिषद का द्विवार्षिक निर्वाचन, 2012 में बिहार विधान-सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्र से निर्वाचित सदस्यगण अपनी जगह लेने के पहले शपथ लेंगे या प्रतिज्ञान करेंगे।

Chairman, Bihar Legislative Council to be the person before whom the members elected in the Bihar Legislative Council Biennial Election, 2012 from the Bihar Legislative Assembly Constituency shall before taking their seats, make and subscribe oath or affirmation.
