सं0 बिक्री-कर/विविध-43/2011-5312—विभागीय अधिसूचना संख्या एस॰ओ॰ 116, दिनांक 4 जुलाई, 2012 के द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए आयुक्त निर्दिष्ट करते हैं कि अधिसूचना के साथ उपाबद्ध तालिका के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लेखित प्रावधान उक्त तालिका के आनुषांगिक स्तम्भ (3) में निर्दिष्ट तिथि से प्रभावी होगा।

2. यह अधिसूचना राज्य के बाहर के किसी स्थान से राज्य के अंतर्गत आने वाले ऐसे सम्प्रेषण जिनका मूल्य रु॰ 10,000 (रु॰ दस हजार) से अधिक हो, के मामले में लागू होगा।
बिहार-राज्यपाल के आदेश से, 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 9 जुलाई 2012 The 4th July 2012 No. BikriKar /Vividh-43/2011-5312—In exercise of powers conferred by Departmental S.O. No.116, dated 4th July 2012 , the Commissioner hereby direct that the provision of rule specified in column (2) of the Table appended hereto shall come into force with effect from the date specified in the corresponding column no. (3) of the said Table:—

2. This notification shall apply to all consignments exceeding Rs. 10,000 (Rs. Ten Thousand) in value being brought into the State from any places out side the State.
