विषयः—जिला अभिलेखागार एवं समाहरणालय के संलग्न कार्यालयों से सत्यापित प्रतिलिपि के रूप में हस्तलिखित सत्यापित प्रतिलिपि के स्थान पर भू-अभिलेखों, न्यायिक आदेशों आदि की सत्यापित फोटो प्रति निर्गत करने हेतु बिहार अभिलेख हस्तक 1960 के अध्याय-8 के नियम 306 एवं 310 में आंशिक संशोधन के संबंध में।
बिहार अभिलेख हस्तक, 1960 के अध्याय-8 के नियम 273 से 339 में अभिलेखागार से भू-अभिलेखों एवं न्यायिक आदेशों की सच्ची प्रतिलिपि प्राप्त करने का प्रावधान किया गया है, जिसके अनुपालन की बाध्यता है।
2. राज्य के कई जिलों के जिलाधिकारियों द्वारा सूचित किया गया है कि उक्त प्रावधानों के अनुपालन में विभिन्न कारणों से कठिनाई महसूस की जा रही है, यथा कर्मियों की कमी, खातियानों का कैथी लिपि में लिखा होना तथा कैथी लिपि के जानकारों की कमी जिस कारण लिपिकीय भूल होने की आशंका है। 3. अतः राजस्व पर्षद, बिहार द्वारा सम्यक विचारोपरान्त निर्णय लिया गया है कि बिहार अभिलेख हस्तक 1960 के अध्याय-8 के नियम 306 में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए नया उप-नियम (2) को नियम 1 के बाद प्रतिस्थापित किया जाय यथा ''मूल अभिलेख का फोटो कापी मशीन से फोटो कापी कराकर फोटो कापी के प्रति पेज पर निर्धारित फोलियो/ स्टाम्प के अतिरिक्त रुपया 1 (एक रुपया) प्रति पेज के भुगतान पर 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 12 जुलाई 2012 आदेशः—आदेश दिया जाता है कि सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए इसे राजकीय गजट के असाधरण अंक में प्रकाशित किया जाय और इसकी प्रति सभी प्रमंडलीय आयुक्त/ सभी जिला पदाधिकारी को सूचनार्थ एवं आवश्यक कार्रवाई के लिए भेजी जाय।

No. BOR-04-15/2011—190 Board of Revenue, Bihar ———— Resolution The 28th June 2012 Subject:—Partial Modification in rule 306 & 310 of Chapter VIII of Bihar Records Manual, 1960 for issue of certified photo copies of land records, judicial orders etc in place of hand written certified copies from district record room, Collectorate & its attached offices. Provisions of getting certified copies of land records & judicial orders from record room are laid down under Rule 273 to 339 of chapter VIII of Bihar Records Manual, 1960 which are to be complied with.
2. Some District Magistrates of the state have informed that their offices are facing difficulties in compliance of above provisions due to various reasons like shortage of staff, Khatiyan written in Kaithi Script & lack of Kaithi Script knowing staffs due to which clerical error may creep is.
3. So, the Board of Revenue, Bihar after due consideration has decided to partially modify rule 306 of chapter VIII of Bihar Records Manual. A new sub rule (2) will be inserted after rule 1 "the certified copies will also be issued on the photocopies of original records by photo copying machine & it will cost Rs. 1 (One) per page along with fixed cost of folio/ stamp." The remaining provisions of rule 306 & 310 will remain intact.
The above modification is being carried out in public interest.
Order:—It is ordered that for the general information the above matter should be published in extraordinary issue of Gazette of Government of Bihar & its copies should be sent to All Divisional Commissioners/ All District Magistrates for information and necessary action.
