सं0 एम-4-02/2006(खंड)-7610/वि0(2)—भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 283 (2) के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार-राज्यपाल बिहार कोषागार संहिता, 2011 के निम्नलिखित नियमों में संशोधन करते हैं :-
1. नियम-80 मेें संशोधन क्रमांक (iii) के बाद निम्नलिखित क्रमांक (iv) जोड़ा जायेगा :- (iv) ''सरकारी कर्मचारियों के ऐसे बकाये/दावे जो तीन वर्षों से लम्बित हो ।'' 2. नियम-198 के अंत में निम्नलिखित एक नया वाक्य जोड़ा जायेगा :- ''कोषागार पदाधिकारी सभी डी0सी0 विपत्रों को पारित कर महालेखाकार को अग्रसारित करेंगे ।''
3. नियम-270 में निम्नलिखित एक नया परन्तुक जोड़ा जायेगा :- ''परन्तु जब कोषागार से राशि की निकासी की जाती है एवं बी0टी0सी0 फार्म-42 में बैंक लेखा के माध्यम से अनुदान ग्राही (ग्रांटी) को खाते में अंतरित की जाती है तो इसमें पूर्व प्राप्ति रसीद की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी ।''
4. नियम-271-के दूसरे वाक्य के प्रारम्भ में प्रयुक्त शब्द ''महालेखाकार और'' विलोपित किये जायेंगे ।
यह अधिसूचना राजपत्र मेेेंं प्रकाशन की तिथि के प्रभाव से प्रवृत होगी ।
आदेशः—आदेश दिया जाता है कि इस अधिसूचना को बिहार गजट के आगामी असाधारण अंक में प्रकाशित किया जाय । 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 24 जुलाई 2012 The 24th July 2012 No. M-4-02/2006(Part)-7611/F.—In exercise of the powers conferred under Article 283 (2) of the Constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments in Rules 80,198,270, and 271 of Bihar Treasury Code, 2011 :-
1. In Rule 80, The following S.No. (iv) shall be added after S.No. (iii) :- "Arrear claims of Govt. servants not preferred within three years of their becoming dues." 2. In Rule 198 the following new sentence shall be added at the end. "The Treasury Officer shall pass all D.C. bills before forwarding it to the Accountant General." 3. The following Proviso shall be added in Rule 270 "Provided that when the amount drawn from Treasury in B.T.C. Form-42 is transferred to the bank account of the Grantee, there would not be any need of Pre-receipt." 4. The words "Accountant General and" used in beginning of the second sentence of Rule-271 shall be deleted.
This notification will come into force with effect from the date of publication in Official Gazette.
