सं0 बिक्री-कर/विविध-43/2011-6083—बिहार मूल्य वर्द्धित कर अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का अधिनियम 27) की धारा-24 की उप-धारा (1क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए आयुक्त निर्दिष्ट करते हैं कि इस अधिसूचना के साथ उपाबद्ध तालिका के स्तम्भ (2) में उल्लेखित व्यवसायी के वर्ग द्वारा तालिका के स्तम्भ (3) में निर्दिष्ट तिथि तक अधिनियम की धारा-24 की उप-धारा (1क) द्वारा अपेक्षित विवरणी दाखिल करेंगेः-

| 1 | पटना विशेष अंचल, पटना या पाटलिपुत्र अंचल, पटना में निबंधित सभी व्यवसायी। | दाखिल की जाने वाली संगत विवरणी जिस त्र ैमास से संबंधित हैं, उस त्रैमास के ठीक बाद वाले माह के बीसवीं तारीख या उसके पहले। |
| 2 | क्रमांक 1 में निर्दिष्ट व्यवसायियों को छोड़ कर वैसे सभी व्यवसायी जिन्होंने किसी वर्ष अथवा किसी वर्ष के अंश में एक करोड़ या उससे अधिक रूपये से अधिक कर का भुगतान किया है। | दाखिल की जाने वाली संगत विवरणी जिस त्र ैमास से संबंधित हैं उस त्रैमास के ठीक बाद वाले माह के चौबीसवीं तारीख या उसके पहले। |
| 3 | क्रमांक 1 तथा क्रमांक 2 में निर्दिष्ट व्यवसायियों को छोड़ कर वैसे सभी व्यवसायी जिन्होंने किसी वर्ष अथवा किसी वर्ष के अंश में दस लाख रूपये से अधिक परंतु एक करोड़ रूपये से कम कर का भुगतान किया है। | दाखिल की जाने वाली संगत विवरणी जिस त्र ैमास से संबंधित हैं उस त्रैमास के ठीक बाद वाले माह के सताइसवीं तारीख या उसके पहले। |
| 4 | क्रमांक 1, क्रमांक 2 तथा क्रमांक 3 में निर्दिष्ट व्यवसायी को छोड़ कर सभी व्यवसायी। | दाखिल की जाने वाली संगत विवरणी जिस त्र ैमास से संबंधित हैं उस त्रैमास के ठीक बाद वाले माह के अंत तक। |

No.Bikri Kar/Vividh-43/2011-6083—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section (1A) of Section 24 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No. 27 of 2005) the Commissioner of Bihar is pleased to direct that the category of dealers specified in column (2) of the Table appended here to shall file the returns required by sub-section (1A) of Section 24 of the Act on or before the dates specified in column (3) of the said Table—

| 2 | All dealers other than those specified in Sl. No. 1 above and paying tax in excess of Rs. 1 crore during any year or part of any year. | On or before the twenty-fourth day of the month immediately succeeding the quarter to which such return relates. |
| 3 | All dealers other than those specified in Sl. No. 1 and Sl. No. 2 above and paying tax in excess of Rs. 10 lacs but less than Rs. 1 crore during any year or part of any year. | On or before the twenty-seventh day of the month immediately succeeding the quarter to which such return relates. |
| 4 | All dealers other than those specified in Sl. No. 1, Sl. No. 2 and Sl. No. 3 above. | On or before the end of the month immediately succeeding the quarter to which such return relates. |
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication.
