सं0 यो0स्था0 01/3-2/2011-3578/यो0वि0वि0—भारत के संविधान के अनुच्छेद-309 के परन्तुक के अधीन प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल, बिहार अवर योजना संवर्ग नियमावली, 2009 का संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं :-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारंभ।- (1) यह नियमावली बिहार अवर योजना संवर्ग (संशोधन) नियमावली, 2012 कही जा सकेगी;
(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा;
(3) यह तुरंत प्रवृत्त होगी ।
2. बिहार अवर योजना सम्वर्ग नियमावली, 2009 के नियम 7 में संशोधन ।-उक्त नियमावली का नियम 7 निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जायेगा :-
''7 अभ्यर्थी की न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक अर्हताः-किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से स्नातक डिग्री अनिवार्य होगी।''

Stha. 01/3-2/2011-3568/PD—In exercise of the powers conferred under provo to Article 309 of the constitution of India. The Government of Bihar is hereby pleased to make the following Rules to amend The Bihar Sub-Ordinate Planning Cadre Rules 2009 :—
1. Short title, Extent and Commencement.—(1) These Rules may be called The Bihar Sub-Ordinate Planning Cadre (Amendment) Rules 2012;
(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.
(3) It shall come into force at once.
2. Amendment in Rule 7 of Bihar Subordinate Planning Cader Rules 2009.—Rule 7
of the said Rules shall be substituted by the following :-
"7 Minimum Education Qualification of the candidate:- Graduate degree from any recognized university shall be compulsory.''
