2 BIHAR GAZETTE (EXTRA) 3RD SEPTEMBER 2012 (3) These Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.2. Amendment in Regulation 35.—In Regulation 35 of the principal regulation for clause (2), the following clause shall be substituted, namely:-
" (2) Renewable Purchase Obligation from Solar Energy Sources for F.Y 2012-13 shall be 0.25 percent of the consumption out of RPO as specified in (1) above and shall be increased by 0.25% every year thereafter till 2019-20 and by 0.5% in 2020-21 as well as in 2021-22".
