1. Short title, extent and commencement
Short title, extent and commencement.—

2 BIHAR GAZETTE (EXTRA) 10TH SEPTEMBER 2012 (3) These Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.2. Amendment in Regulation 4.—In Regulation 4 of the principal regulation for the first proviso of clause 4.1, the following proviso shall be substituted, namely:-
"Provided that out of the renewable purchase obligation so specified, 0.25% of the consumption in the year 2012-13 shall be procured from generation based on solar energy sources and shall be increased by 0.25% every year thereafter till 2019-20 and by 0.5% in 2020-21 as well as in 2021-22."
