सं0 बिक्री-कर/विविध-43/2011-6597—बिहार मूल्य वर्द्धित कर नियमावली, 2005 के नियम 27 के उप-नियम (8) के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए आयुक्त अधिसूचना संख्या 1509, दिनांक 12.04. 2012, 1329, दिनांक 15.04.2011, संख्या 2303, दिनांक 27.05.2010 तथा संख्या 2094, दिनांक 15.06.2009 के अंतर्गत आनेवाले व्यवसायियों के साथ-साथ निम्नलिखित श्रेणी के व्यवसायियों के लिए अनिवार्य रूप से कर, सूद या अर्थदण्ड का भुगतान इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रीति से विभागीय वेब-साईट पर करने का आदेश देते हैंः-

(क) वैसे सभी निबंधित व्यवसायी जिनका किसी वित्तीय वर्ष में अथवा उसके किसी अंश में सकल आवर्त्त पचास लाख रूपयों से अधिक हो,

(ख) वैसे सभी निबंधित व्यवसायी जिनके द्वारा किसी तिमाही किसी एक व्यवसायी को किए गए बिक्री की बावत आउटपुट कर एक लाख रूपये से अधिक हो।

2. यह अधिसूचना निर्गमन की तिथि से प्रभावी होगा।

No. BikriKar /Vividh-43/2011-6597—In exercise of powers conferred by the proviso to sub-rule (8) of Rule 27 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Rules, 2005 the Commissioner is pleased to direct that, in addition to the dealers required by Departmental Notification Numbers 1509, Dated 12.04.2012, 1329, Dated 15.04.2011, 2303, Dated 27.05.2010 and 2094, Dated 15.06.2009 to make payment of any tax, interest or penalty electronically on the departmental web-site, the following category of dealers shall be required to make payment of any tax, interest or penalty compulsorily by electronic means on the departmental web-site:- 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 10 अ+तूबर 2012 (a) all registered dealers whose gross turn-over during any financial year or part thereof exceeds a sum of fifty lacs of rupees,

(b) all registered dealers, the output tax in respect of whose sales to any one dealer during any quarter exceeds a sum of one lac of rupees. 2.
