एस॰ओ॰ 191, दिनांक 17 अक्तूबर 2012—बिहार स्थानीय क्षेत्रों में उपभोग, व्यवहार अथवा बिक्री हेतु मालों के प्रवेश पर कर अधिनियम, 1993 (1993 का बिहार अधिनियम 16) की धारा-3 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार-राज्यपाल समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित विभागीय अधिसूचना सं॰ एस0ओ0 95 दिनांक 31 जुलाई, 2008 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, यथा-

1. उक्त अधिसूचना के क्रम संख्या 28 के बाद निम्न नई क्रम संख्यायें एवं उनकी अनुसार प्रविष्टियाँ निम्नवत् जोड़ी जायेंगी, यथा-
| ''29 | प्लाईबोर्ड, ब्लैकबोर्ड, फ्लश डोर तथा इनके निर्माण में प्रयुक्त होने वाला लॉग, प्लैंक, विनियर तथा नॉन-सॉल टिम्बर | 5 प्रतिशत |
| 30 | सिगरेट के निर्माण में व्यवहृत होने वाला कच्चा तम्बाकू | 4 प्रतिशत |
| 31 | पाराफीन वैक्स तथा स्लैक वैक्स | 5 प्रतिशत'' |
2. उक्त अधिसूचना के क्रम संख्या 1 के स्तम्भ 2 की वर्त्तमान प्रविष्टि निम्नवत प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, यथा- ''सिगरेट तथा बीड़ी के विनिर्माण में व्यवहृत होने वाला अविनिर्मित तथा कच्चा तम्बाकू छोड़कर तम्बाकू''।
3. उक्त अधिसूचना के क्रम संख्या 8 के स्तम्भ 2 की वर्त्तमान प्रविष्टि निम्नवत प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, यथा-
''न्यूजप्रिन्ट को छोड़कर प्रत्येक प्रकार के कागज जिसमें एक्सरसाईज बुक्स, रद्दी कागज, पेस्ट बोर्ड, कार्ड बोर्ड, मिल बोर्ड, हार्ड बोर्ड, कार्टीज कागज, पैकिंग कागज, कागज के झोले,2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 17 अ,तूबर 2012 कार्टून्स, कार्ड्स, सादा रजिस्टर, नोट बुक, लिफाफा, लेबल, लेटर पैड एवं लेखन हेतु प्रयुक्त टैब्लेट्स तथा फ्लैट फाईल्स शामिल है।''
4. उक्त अधिसूचना के क्रम संख्या 15 के स्तम्भ 2 की वर्त्तमान प्रविष्टि निम्नवत् प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, यथा- ''इस अधिसूचना में अन्यत्र निर्दिष्ट लकड़ी को छोड़कर अन्य ईमारती लकड़ी, सनमाईका, फोेरमाईका जिनमे अलंकृत लेमिनेशन एवं लेमिनेटेड शीट्स शामिल है।''
5. उक्त अधिसूचना के क्रम संख्या 23 के स्तम्भ 2 की वर्त्तमान प्रविष्टि निम्नवत् प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी, यथा- ''इस अधिसूचना में अन्यत्र अन्यथा विनिर्दिष्ट पेट्रोलियम पदार्थों को छोड़ कर सभी पेट्रोलियम पदार्थ।''
6. यह अधिसूचना निर्गमन की तिथि से प्रभावी होगा।

एस॰ओ॰ 192, एस॰ओ॰ 191, दिनांक 17 अक्तूबर 2012 का अंग्रेजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खंड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

The 16th October 2012
S.O. 191, dated 17th October 2012—In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 3 of the Bihar Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Areas for Consumption, Use or Sale Therein Act, 1993 (Bihar Act. 16 of 1993), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments to Departmental Notification No. S.O.95 dated 31st July, 2008, as amended from time-to-time, namely-
Amendments
1. After Serial No. 28 of the said Notification, the following new serial numbers along with their corresponding entries shall be added, namely-
| "29 | Plyboard, Blackboard, Flush Door including log, plank, veneer and non-sal timber used for manufacture ofPlyboard, Blackboard and Flush Door | 5% |
| 30 | Raw tobacco used for the manufacture of Cigarette | 4% |
| 31 | Paraffin Wax and Slack Wax | 5%" |
2. The following entries shall be substituted for the present entries in Column No. 2 of Serial No. 1 of the said Notification, namely- "Tobacco, excluding unmanufactured and raw Tobacco used for the manufacture of biri and cigarette." 3. The following entries shall be substituted for the present entries in Column No. 2 of Serial No. 8 of the said Notification, namely- "Paper of all kinds excluding newsprint but including exercise books, Waste paper, Paste board, Card board, Mill board, Hard Board, Boxes made3 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 17 अ,तूबर 2012 of hard board, cartridge paper, packing paper, paper bags, cartoons, cards, blank registers, note book, envelopes, labels, letter pads, writing tablets and flat files."
4. The following entries shall be substituted for the present entries in Column No. 2 of Serial No. 15 of the said Notification, namely- "Timber (other than timber specified else where in this notification), sun mica, fore mica, including decorative lamination and laminated sheets." 5. The following entries shall be substituted for the present entries in Column No. 2 of Serial No. 23 of the said Notification, namely- "All other Petroleum products other than those specified elsewhere in this Notification."
6. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its issue.
