एस॰ओ॰ 193, दिनांक 17 अक्तूबर 2012—बिहार मनोरंजन-कर अधिनियम, 1948 की धारा-10 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह समाधान हो जाने के पश्चात कि ऐसा किया जाना राज्य हित में आवश्यक है, बिहार-राज्यपाल एतद् द्वारा इस अधिसूचना के साथ संलग्न तालिका के स्तम्भ 2 में विनिर्दिष्ट के लिए स्तम्भ 3 में विनिर्दिष्ट निर्बंधनों एवं शर्तो के अधीन रहते हुए स्तम्भ 4 में उल्लिखित अवधि तक मनोरंजन-कर के भुगतान से विमुक्त करते है :-

3. यह अधिसूचना पूर्व में निर्गत अधिसूचना सं0 एस0ओ0 53, दिनांक 18.03.2010 के क्रम में प्रभावी होगी।
4. यह अधिसूचना निर्गमन की तिथि से प्रभावी होगी।

S.O. 193, dated 17th October 2012—In exercise of the Powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 10 of the Bihar Entertainment Tax Act, 1948 and upon being satisfied that it is necessary to do so in the interest of the State, the Governor of Bihar is hereby pleased to exempt, subject to conditions and restrictions specified in column 3 of the table appended hereto, payment of the entertainment tax for specified in column 2 for the period specified in column 4 thereof:-
