एस0ओ0 201, दिनांक 7 नवम्बर 2012—बंगाल, आगरा एवं असम व्यवहार न्यायालय अधिनियम 1887 (1887 का अधिनियम सं0-12) की धारा-13 की उप-धारा (1) एवं धारा-14 की उप-धारा (1) तथा दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का अधिनियम सं0-2) की धारा-7 की उप-धारा (2), एवं धारा-9 की उप-धाराएँ (1)एवं (2) तथा धारा-11 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एवं इस विषय पर निर्गत सभी पूर्व आदेशों एवं अधिसूचनाओं के उपान्तरण में बिहार-राज्यपाल निदेश देते हैं कि-
(क) शिवहर जिला, सीतामढ़ी जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश के अधिकार क्षेत्र से अलग कर दिया जायेगा एवं एक अलग जिला न्यायालय एवं सत्र खंड गठित होगा जो शिवहर जिला एवं सत्र खंड कहा जायेगा जिसका मुख्यालय शिवहर होगा।
(ख) शिवहर जिला के जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश का न्यायालय, अपर जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश के 2 (दो) न्यायालय, मुख्य न्यायिक दंडाधिकारी का 1 (एक) न्यायालय एवं अवर न्यायाधीश2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 7 नव*बर 2012 के 2 (दो) न्यायालय शिवहर जिला में उद्भूत वादों के निपटारा हेतु शिवहर में गठित किये जाएगें।
(ग) शिवहर जिला के लिए पूर्व में गठित एवं सीतामढ़ी में कार्यरत सभी न्यायालय एतद् द्वारा शिवहर में पुनस्र्थापित किये जाएगें।
(घ) शिवहर जिला के सत्र खंड हेतु सत्र न्यायालय की स्थापना शिवहर में की जाएगी और साधारणतया इसकी बैठक शिवहर में होगी।
(ड.) इन सभी न्यायालयों की अधिकारिता शिवहर जिला की स्थानीय सीमाएँ होगीं।
(च) यह अधिसूचना दिनांक 01 दिसम्बर 2012 से प्रभावी होगी।

एस0ओ0 202, एस0ओ0 201, दिनांक 7 नवम्बर 2012 का अंगे्रजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है, जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद-348 के खण्ड (3) के अधीन उसका प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जायेगा।

The 2nd November 2012
S.O. 201, dated 7th November 2012—In exercise of the powers conferred by section (1) of Section 13 and Sub-Section (1) of Section 14 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Act 1887 (Act XII of 1887) and Sub-Section (2) of Section 7 and Sub-Section (1) and (2) of Section 9 and Section 11 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 (Act-2 of 1974) and in modification of all the previous orders and notifications issued on this Subject, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to direct that-
(A) The District of Sheohar shall be separated from the Jurisdiction of the District and Sessions Judge of Sitamarhi and shall constitute a separate District3 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 7 नव*बर 2012 Judgeship and Sessions Division to be styled as the Sheohar Judgeship and Session Division with headquarters at Sheohar.
(B) The Court of District and Session Judge of Sheohar, 2(two) Courts of Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1(One) Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate and 2(two) Courts of Subordinate Judge shall be constituted at Sheohar for the disposal of cases arising in the district of Sheohar.
(C) All the Courts previously constituted for Sheohar district and functioning at Sitamarhi shall be relocated at Sheohar.
(D) There shall be established a Court of Sessions for Session Division of Sheohar and it shall ordinarily hold its sitting at Sheohar.
(E) The Jurisdiction of all these Courts shall be the entire local limits of Sheohar district.
(F) This notification shall come into force with effect from 1st December 2012
