एस॰ओ॰ 215, दिनांक 27 नवम्बर, 2012—बिहार स्थानीय क्षेत्रों में उपभोग, व्यवहार अथवा बिक्रय हेतु मालों के प्रवेश पर कर अधिनियम, 1993 (बिहार अधिनियम 16/1993) की धारा 3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार-राज्यपाल समय-समय पर यथा संशोधित विभागीय अधिसूचना संख्या-एस॰ ओ॰ 95, दिनांक 31 जुलाई, 2008 में उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, यथा-
संशोधन
1. उक्त अनुसूची के क्रम संख्या-7 के स्तम्भ-3 की वर्त्तमान प्रविष्टियाँ अंक एवं शब्द ''5 प्रतिशत'' द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की जायंगी।
2. उक्त अनुसूची के क्रम संख्या-9 के स्तम्भ-3 की वर्त्तमान प्रविष्टियाँ अंक एवं शब्द ''5 प्रतिशत'' द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की जायंगी।
3. उक्त अनुसूची के क्रम संख्या-12 के स्तम्भ-3 की वर्त्तमान प्रविष्टियाँ अंक एवं शब्द ''5 प्रतिशत'' द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की जायंगी।
4. उक्त अनुसूची के क्रम संख्या-13 के स्तम्भ-3 की वर्त्तमान प्रविष्टियाँ अंक एवं शब्द ''5 प्रतिशत'' द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की जायंगी।2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 27 नव+बर 2012 5. उक्त अनुसूची के क्रम संख्या-18 के स्तम्भ-3 की वर्त्तमान प्रविष्टियाँ अंक एवं शब्द ''5 प्रतिशत'' द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की जायंगी।
6. उक्त अनुसूची के क्रम संख्या-19 के स्तम्भ-3 की वर्त्तमान प्रविष्टियाँ अंक एवं शब्द ''5 प्रतिशत'' द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की जायंगी।
7. उक्त अनुसूची के क्रम संख्या-20 के स्तम्भ-3 की वर्त्तमान प्रविष्टियाँ अंक एवं शब्द ''5 प्रतिशत'' द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की जायंगी।
8. उक्त अनुसूची के क्रम संख्या-24 के स्तम्भ-3 की वर्त्तमान प्रविष्टियाँ अंक एवं शब्द ''5 प्रतिशत'' द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की जायंगी।
9. उक्त अनुसूची के क्रम संख्या-27 के स्तम्भ-3 की वर्त्तमान प्रविष्टियाँ अंक एवं शब्द ''5 प्रतिशत'' द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित की जायंगी।
10. यह अधिसूचना निर्गमन की तिथि के प्रभाव से प्रवृत होगी।

एस॰ओ॰ 216, एस॰ओ॰ 215, दिनांक 27 नवम्बर, 2012 का अंग्रेजी में निम्नलिखित अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है जो भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खंड (3) के अधीन अंग्रेजी भाषा में उसका प्राधि—त पाठ समझा जायेगा।

The 27th November 2012
S.O. 215, dated 27th November 2012—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Bihar Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Areas for Consumption, Use or Sale Therein act, 1993 (Bihar Act 16 of1993) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments to the Schedule appended to Departmental Notification Number S.O. 95 dated 31st July, 2008, as amended from time to time, namely:-
Amendments
1. The present entries in column 3 of Serial number 7 of the said Schedule shall be substituted by the figure and word "5 percent".
3 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 27 नव+बर 20122. The present entries in column 3 of Serial number 9 of the said Schedule shall be substituted by the figure and word "5 percent".
3. The present entries in column 3 of Serial number 12 of the said Schedule shall be substituted by the figure and word "5 percent".
4. The present entries in column 3 of Serial number 13 of the said Schedule shall be substituted by the figure and word "5 percent".
5. The present entries in column 3 of Serial number 18 of the said Schedule shall be substituted by the figure and word "5 percent".
6. The present entries in column 3 of Serial number 19 of the said Schedule shall be substituted by the figure and word "5 percent".
7. The present entries in column 3 of Serial number 20 of the said Schedule shall be substituted by the figure and word "5 percent".
8. The present entries in column 3 of Serial number 24 of the said Schedule shall be substituted by the figure and word "5 percent".
9. The present entries in column 3 of Serial number 27 of the said Schedule shall be substituted by the figure and word "5 percent".
10. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its issue.
