1. उक्त अधिसूचना के क्रम संख्या 31 के बाद निम्न नई क्रम संख्यायें एवं उनकी अनुसार प्रविष्टियाँ निम्नवत् जोड़ी जायेंगी, यथाः-
| ' '32 | लिफ्ट, ऐलिभेटर तथा एस्केलेटर | 12प्रतिशत |
| 33 | सभी प्रकार के फर्नीचर | 12प्रतिशत |
| 34 | बैट्री एवं बैट्री चार्जर | 12 प्रतिशत'' |
2. उक्त अधिसूचना के क्रम संख्या 17 में शब्द ''जेनेरेटिंग सेटस््'' के बाद शब्द ''बैट्री एवं बैट्री चार्जर'' विलोपित किए जायेंगे।
3. यह अधिसूचना इसके निर्गमन की तिथि के प्रभाव से प्रवृत होगी।

S.O. 177, dated the 21st March 2013—In exercise of powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of Section 3 of the Bihar Tax on the Entry of Goods into Local Areas for Consumption, Use or Sale Therein Act, 1993 (Bihar Act. 16 of 1993), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendments in Departmental Notification No. S.O.-95 dated 31st July, 2008, as amended from time-to-time, namely-
Amendments 1. After Serial No. 31 of the said Notification, the following new serial numbers along with their corresponding entries shall be added, namely-
| "32 | Lifts, elevators and escalators | 12% |
| 33 | All kinds of furnitures | 12% |
| 34 | Battery and battery chargers | 12%" |
2. The words "battery and battery charger" after the words "generating sets" in serial number 17 of the said Notification shall be deleted. 3. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its issue.
