सं0 2/सी1-208/08-गृ0आ0- 2431Ñचूँकि राज्य सरकार द्वारा गृह (आरक्षी) विभाग के स्वीकृत्यादेश सं0-9085 दिनांक 15.12.2011 द्वारा ÞvkfFkZd vijk/k Fkkukß के सृजन की स्वीकृति संबंधी निर्णय परिचारित किया गया है।

दण्ड प्रक्रिया संहिता 1973 की धारा-2 की उप-धारा (ध) में प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए राज्य सरकार, एतद्‌ द्वारा, उक्त थाना को दिनांक 15.12.2011 के भूतलक्षी प्रभाव से ÞvkfFkZd vijk/k Fkkukß के रूप में घोषित करती है। इसका अधिकार क्षेत्र सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य होगा। यह थाना वैसे अपराधों का अनुसंधान करेगा जो "आर्थिक अपराध इकाई" द्वारा ग्रहण किये जायेंगे।

No. 2/C1-208/08 H.(P)-2431— Whereas, the State Government has communicated its decision regarding creation of "Economic Offences Police Station" vide Home (Police) Department's sanction order No. 9085 dated 15.12.2011. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-Section (S) of Section-2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the State government, hereby, declares the 2

(cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 26 माच. 2013 aforesaid Police Station as "Economic offences Police Station" with retrospective effect from the date 15.12.2011. It's jurisdiction shall be the whole of State of Bihar. This Police Station shall investigate those cases which will be taken over by the "Economic Offences Unit."
