सं0 बिक्री-कर/विविध-43/2011-1204—बिहार मुल्य वर्द्धित कर नियमावली, 2005 के नियम 27 के उप-नियम (8) के परंतुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए आयुक्त अधिसूचना संख्या 6597, दिनाक 08.10. 2012, संख्या 1509, दिनांक 12.04.2012, संख्या 1329, दिनांक 15.04.2011, संख्या 2303, दिनांक 27.05.2010 तथा संख्या 2094, दिनांक 15.06.2009 के अंतर्गत निर्दिष्ट व्यवसायियों की श्रेणी के अतिरिक्त निम्नलिखित श्रेणी के व्यवसायियों के लिए अनिवार्य रूप से कर, सूद या अर्थदण्ड का भुगतान इलेक्ट्रॉनिक रीति से विभागीय वेबसाईट पर करने का आदेश देते हैंः-
(क) वैसे सभी निबंधित व्यवसायी जो केवल राज्यांतर्गत वस्तुओं की खरीद एवं बिक्री संव्यवहार करते हों तथा जिनके द्वारा वित्तीय वर्ष 2012-13 के दौरान अथवा उसके बाद की किसी अवधि में पचास हजार रूपयों से अधिक कर 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 12 अूील 2013 The 10th April 2013 No. Bikri Kar /Vividh-43/2011-1204—In exercise of powers conferred by proviso to sub-rule (8) of Rule 27 of Bihar Value Added Tax Rule, 2005 the Commissioner is pleased to direct that, in addition to the dealers required by Departmental Notification Numbers 6597, Dated 08.10.2012, 1509, Dated 12.04.2012, 1329, Dated 15.04.2011, 2303, Dated 27.05.2010 and 2094, Dated 15.06.2009 to make payment of any tax, interest or penalty electronically on the departmental web-site, the following category of dealers shall be required to make payment of any tax, interest or penalty compulsorily by electronic means on the departmental web-site:-
(a) all registered dealers who sale and purchase goods only from or to within the State and have paid more than fifty thousand rupees by way of tax during financial year 2012-13 and in respect of any subsequent year.
2. This notification shall come into force with effect from 15th June, 2013.
