जी0एस0आर0 1, दिनांक 16 अप्रील 2013—सरकार की राय में राज्य के किसानों को अपनी उपज का सरकार द्वारा निर्धारित न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य का लाभ दिलाने तथा गेहूँ की उपलब्धता एवं आपूर्ति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए राज्य में अधिप्राप्ति केन्द्रों का संचालन आवश्यक एवं समीचीन है ।
2. रब्बी विपणन मौसम 2013-14 के अन्तर्गत गेहूँ की अधिप्राप्ति करने हेतु बिहार राज्य खाद्य निगम को नोडल एजेन्सी के रूप में नामित किया जाता है एवं बिहार राज्य खाद्य निगम तथा पैक्स को अधिप्राप्ति अभिकरण के रूप में प्राधिकृत किया जाता है । बिहार राज्य खाद्य निगम, प्रत्येक प्रखंड में अपने क्रय केन्द्रों के माध्यम से गेहूँ अधिप्राप्ति करेगा । प्राथमिक कृषि साख समितियों (पैक्स) द्वारा किसानों से गेहूँ का क्रय कर बिहार राज्य खाद्य निगम के माध्यम से अधिप्राप्ति का कार्य सम्पादित किया जायेगा । बिहार राज्य खाद्य निगम, पैक्सों द्वारा खरीदे गये गेहूँ एवं अपने क्रय केन्द्रों पर किसानों से खरीदे गये गेहूँ भारतीय खाद्य निगम को सुपूर्द करेगा ।
3- उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय (खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग) भारत सरकार के पत्र सं0 4(6)/2012 पी0वाई0 -I दिनांक 30.01.2013 के द्वारा रब्बी विपणन मौसम 2013-14 के अन्तर्गत गेहूँ का निर्धारित न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य निम्नवत् है :- (रुपये प्रति क्वींटल) xsgw¡ 1350.00 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 16 अूील 2013 The 4th April 2013 G.S.R. 1, dated the 16th April 2013—WHEREAS the Government is of the opinion that for ensuring the MSP to farmers and for securing the availability and supply of Wheat in the State it is necessary and expedient to establish procurement centres.
2. Bihar State Food Corporation is designated as the Nodal Agency for the procurement of wheat for Rabi Marketing Season 2013-14 and Bihar State Food Corporation and Primary Agriculture credit Societies (PACS) are authorized as procuring agencies for the procurement of Wheat during Rabi Marketing season 2013-14. Bihar State Food Corporation will procure Wheat through its purchase centres in each block of the State. Primary Agriculture credit Societies (PACS) shall also purchase wheat from farmer and perform the procurement exercise through Bihar State Food Corporation. Bihar State Food Corporation will deliver the procured wheat purchased from PACS and from farmers at its own Purchase Centers to the Food Corporation of India.
3. Vide letter no. 4(6)/2012 - PY. - I dated 30.01.2013 of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution (Food & Public Distribution Department) Government of India, New Delhi, the Minimum Support Price of wheat for Rabi Marketing Season 2013- 14 has been fixed as follows :- (in Rs. per quintal) Wheat - 1350.00
4. Wheat procurement programme during Rabi Maraketing Season 2013-14 will be effective form 15.04.2013 to 31.07.2013.
