सं0 I/एम1- 180/2012-1810181018101810—रजिस्ट्रीकरण अधिनियम, 1908 की धारा-78 के द्वारा प्रदा शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार-राज्यपाल निबंधन फीस तालिका के अधीन निम्नलिखित अनुच्छेदों के सामने अंकित फीस की नई दरें अधिसूचित करते हैंः -

(2) Article-G के Proviso (a) को विलोपित किया जाता है एवं Proviso (b) Proviso (a) के रूप में पढ़ा जायेगा।
(3) Article-M (a), Article-N(a) एवं Article-N(b) को विलोपित किया जाता है। (4) विभाग द्वारा मूल्यानुसार फीस लिए जाने (ad-valorem) की स्थिति में जिन दस्तावेजों में मुद्रांक शुल्क बाजार मूल्य पर लिए जाने हैं, उनमें निबंधन फीस बाजार मूल्य पर देय होगा।
(5) विभाग द्वारा निर्धारित बेवसाईट पर निबंधित दस्तावेजों से संबंधित ऑन लाईन खोज बिना फीस की होगी। (6) फीस तालिका की नई दरें अधिसूचना की तिथि से प्रभावी होगा।

सं0 I/एम1- 180/2012-1810181018101810—उपर्युक्त अधिसूचना का निम्नलिखित अंग्रेजी अनुवाद बिहार-राज्यपाल के प्राधिकार से इसके द्वारा प्रकाषित किया जाता है जिसे भारतीय संविधान के अनुच्छेद 348 के खंड (3) के अधीन उक्त राज्यादेष का अंग्रेजी भाषा में प्राधिकृत पाठ समझा जाएगा।

(2) Proviso (a) of Article-G is deleted and Proviso (b) will be read as Proviso (a). (3) Article-M(a), Article-N(a) and Article-N(b) is deleted. (4) In case of charging ad-valorem fee by the department registration fee shall be payable on market value on the deeds in which stamp duty is to be charged on market value. (5) Online searching relating to registered documents on the departmental website shall be free.
(6) New rates of Table of fees shall be effective from the date of notification.
