असाधारण अंकअसाधारण अंकअसाधारण अंकअसाधारण अंक (cid:18)बहार सरकार (cid:26)ारा ूकािशत(cid:18)बहार सरकार (cid:26)ारा ूकािशत(cid:18)बहार सरकार (cid:26)ारा ूकािशत(cid:18)बहार सरकार (cid:26)ारा ूकािशत 28282828 ौावणौावणौावणौावण 1111935935935935 ((((शशशश0000)))) ((((संसंसंसं0000 पपपपटना टना टना टना 663663663663) ) ) ) पपपपटनाटनाटनाटना,,,, सोमसोमसोमसोमवारवारवारवार,,,, 19191919 अगःतअगःतअगःतअगःत 2013201320132013 खाद्य एवं उपभोक्ता संरक्षण विभाग ------ अधिसूचनाएं 24 अक्तूबर 2011 जी0 एस0 आर0 2, दिनांक 19 अगस्त 2013—भारत सरकार के उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य और सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय (खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण एवं उपभोक्ता मामले विभाग) के प्रकाशित आदेश का0 आ0 संख्या-2227(अ) दिनांक 27 सितम्बर, 2011 से निर्गत विनिर्दिष्ट खाद्य पदार्थो से (अनुज्ञापन सम्बन्धी अपेक्षाएँ, स्टॉक सीमा और संचलन निर्बंधन) हटाना (संशोधन) आदेश, 2010 के साथ पठित आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम 1955 (1955 का अधिनियम 10) की धारा-3 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार की पूर्व सहमति से बिहार-राज्यपाल के आदेश से विनिर्दिष्ट खाद्य पदार्थो से (अनुज्ञापन सम्बन्धी अपेक्षाएँ, स्टॉक सीमा और संचलन निर्बंधन) हटाना आदेश-2002 में क्रय, संचलन, विक्रय, प्रदाय, वितरण या विक्रय के लिए भंडारण के बावत प्रयुक्त शब्दों और पदों को वस्तु अर्थात्‌ चावल को 31 अक्टूबर, 2011 तक की अवधि के लिए प्रास्थगन में रखा जाएगा । 2. विभागीय अधिसूचना जी0एस0आर0संख्या 5, दिनांक 25.10.2002 द्वारा बिहार व्यापारिक वस्तु (अनुज्ञा पत्र एकीकरण) आदेश 1984 की अनुसूची 1 से 'चावल' को विलोपित किये जाने संबंधी आदेश को भी 31 अक्टूबर, 2011 तक के लिए प्रास्थगन में रखा जाएगा।

3. विभागीय अधिसूचना ज्ञापांक 1494 दिनांक 10.03.2010 द्वारा निर्गत आदेश को दिनांक 31 अक्टूबर, 2011 तक के लिए विस्तारित किया जाता है ।

4. तत्सम्बन्धी निर्गत पूर्व अधिसूचनाएँ/आदेश को इस हद तक संशोधित समझा जाय । 5. यह अधिसूचना तत्कालिक प्रभाव से लागू होगी ।

[सं0 प्र04/आ-01/09(खंड-IV)—8861] बिहार-राज्यपाल के आदेश से, कृष्ण चन्द्र झा, सरकार के अपर सचिव ।The 24th October 2011 G.S.R. 2, dated the 19th August 2013—In exercise of the powers conferred by section-3 of the Essential Commodities Act 1955 (Central Act 10 of 1955) read with the order of the Goverment of India in the ministry of Consumer Affair, Food and Public Distribution published under order No. 2227(E) Dated 27th September, 2011 and in view of Removal of (Licensing Requirements, Stock Limit and Movement Restrictions) on 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 19 अगःत 2013 Specified Foodstuffs (Amendment) order 2010, with prior concurrence of Government of India, in the words and expressions used in respect of purchase, movement, sale, supply, distribution or storage for sale in the Removal of (Licensing Requirements Stock Limits and Movement Restrictions) on Specified Foodstuffs order 2002 shall be kept in abeyance for commodities, namely, Rice for a further period up to 31th October, 2011, from the date of commencement of this order.

2. The deletion of Rice from schedule -1, in Bihar Trade Article (Licences Unification) order-1984 vide departmental notification GSR no. 5, dated 25th October, 2002 shall be kept in abeyance upto 31th October, 2011.

3. The validity of the departmental notification issued vide memo no. 6969 dated 06.12.2010 is extended upto 31th October, 2011.

4. Previously issued corresponding notifications/orders shall deem to be amended upto this extent.

5. This notification shall come into force at once.
