2. खरीफ विपणन मौसम 2011-12 के अन्तर्गत धान एवं चावल की अधिप्रप्ति करने हेतु बिहार राज्य खाद्य एवं असैनिक आपूर्ति निगम लि0, बिस्कोमान एवं नेफेड को भारतीय खाद्य निगम सहित अधिप्राप्ति अभिकरण के रूप में प्राधिकृत किया जाता है । प्राथमिक कृषि साख समितियों (पैक्स) द्वारा भी किसानों से धान का क्रय कर बिस्कोमान के माध्यम से अधिप्राप्ति का कार्य सम्पादित किया जायेगा ।
3- उपभोक्ता मामले, खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण मंत्रालय (खाद्य एवं सार्वजनिक वितरण विभाग) भारत सरकार के पत्र सं0 4(2)/2011 पी0वाई0-I दिनांक 27.06.2011 के द्वारा खरीफ विपणन मौसम 2011-12 के अन्तर्गत धान के साधारण एवं गे्रड 'ए' का न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य निम्नवत् है :- (रूपये प्रति क्वींटल) /kku lk/kkj.k 1080-00 xzsM ^,* 1110-00
खरीफ विपणन मौसम 2011-12 के अन्तर्गत कस्टम मिल चावल (CMR) एवं लेवी चावल का दर भारत सरकार द्वारा यथा निर्धारित प्रभावी होगा । 4. खरीफ विपणन मौसम 2011-12 के अन्तर्गत धान एवं लेवी चावल अधिप्राप्ति कार्यक्रम क्रमशः दिनांक 15.11.11 से 30.04.12 तक तथा दिनांक 15.11.11 से 31.08.12 तक के लिए प्रभावी होगा । सी0एम0आर0 चावल की अधिप्राप्ति दिनांक 15.11.11 से 15.10.12 तक के लिए प्रभावी होगा । 5. यह अधिसूचना खरीफ विपणन मौसम 2011-12 के अन्तर्गत दिनांक 15.11.11 से 15.10.12 तक के लिए प्रभावी होगा । 2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 19 अगःत 2013 The 9th November 2011 G.S.R. 6, dated the 19th August 2013— WHEREAS the Government is of opinion that it is necessary and expedient to establish procurement centres for securing the availability and supply of Paddy and Rice on Minimum Support Price in the interest of farmers of Bihar through the purchase centres of Food Corporation of India.
2. In addition to Food Corporation of India, Bihar State Food and Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd., BISCOMAUN and NAFED are authorized as procuring agencies for the procurement of Paddy and Rice in term of Kharif Marketing season 2011-12. Primary Agriculture credit Societies (PACS) shall also perform the procurement and purchase Paddy from farmers through Biscomaun.
3. The Minimum Support Price of the Paddy has been fixed up Rs. 1080.00 per quintal for common and Rs. 1110.00 per quintal for Grade-A under Kharif Marketing Season 2011-12 as per letter no. 4(2)/2011 - PY. - I dated 27.06.2011 of the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution (Food & Public Distribution Department) Government of India, New Delhi.
The rates of Custom Milled Rice and Levy Rice during Kharif Marketing Season 2011-12 will be effective as per fixation by the Government of India.
4. Paddy and Levy Rice procurement programme during Kharif Maraketing Season 2011-12 will be effective form 15.11.2011 to 30.04.2012 and from 15.11.11 to 31.08.12 respectively. Custom Mill Rice (CMR) procurement programme will be effective from 15.11.11 to 15.10.12.
5. This notification shall effect from 15.11.11 to 15.10.12 for Kharif Marketing Season 2011-12.
