सं0 3/एम॰-098/2010सा॰प्र॰-14227—भारत संविधान के अनुच्छेद- 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए बिहार के राज्यपाल ''बिहार समाहरणालय लिपिकीय संवर्ग (भर्त्ती एवं सेवा शर्तें) नियमावली, 2011'' में संशोधन करने हेतु निम्नलिखित नियमावली बनाते हैं-
1. संक्षिप्त नाम, विस्तार एवं प्रारम्भ ।-(1) यह नियमावली ''बिहार समाहरणालय लिपिकीय संवर्ग (भर्त्ती एवं सेवा शर्त्तें) (संषोधन) नियमावली, 2013'' कही जा सकेगी।
(2) इसका विस्तार सम्पूर्ण बिहार राज्य में होगा। (3) यह तुरत प्रवृत होगी। 2. उक्त नियमावली, 2011 का नियम- 3(ग) निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगाः-

3. उक्त नियमावली, 2011 का नियम-6 (i) को निम्नलिखित द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगाः- ''(i) न्यूनतम शैक्षणिक अर्हता कम्प्यूटर संचालन एवं कम्प्यूटर टंकण ज्ञान के साथ इन्टरमीडिएट(102) उत्तीर्ण अथवा समकक्ष होगी।''
4. उक्त नियमावली, 2011 के नियम-13(2) के क्रमांक-(क) में शब्द ''उप विकास आयुक्त'' शब्द ''जिला पदाधिकारी'' द्वारा प्रतिस्थापित किये जाऐंगे।

2 (cid:18)बहार गजट (असाधारण), 3 िसत-बर 2013The 2nd September 2013 No. 3/M-098/2010-GAD-14227—In exercise of Power conferred under proviso to Article -309 of the constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar, is pleased to make the following amendment Rules to amend the "Bihar Collectorate Clerical Cadre (recruitment and conditions of services) Rules, 2011."
1. Short title, extent and commencement.—(i) These Rules may be called as the "Bihar Collectorate Clerical Cadre (recruitment and conditions of service) (Amendment) Rules 2013."
(ii) It shall extend to whole of the State of Bihar. (iii) It shall come into force with immediate effect. 2. Rule 3(c) of the Rule, 2011" shall be substituted by the following:-

3. Rule 6 (1) of the said Rules, 2011 shall be substituted by the following:- "(1) The minimum educational qualification shall be Intermediate (10+2) pass or equivalent, with knowledge of computer operation and computer typing."
4. The words "Deputy Development Commissioner" in rule 13(2)(a) of the said Rules, 2011 shall be substituted by the words "District Officer."
