2. अनुसूची I के क्रम संख्या 91 के बाद निम्नलिखित नई क्रम संख्या-92 एवं उनकी अनुसारी प्रविष्टियाँ जोड़ी जायेंगी, यथा-

S.O. 517 dated 25th October 2013—In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section 14 of the Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 (Act No. 27 of 2005) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment to Schedule I appended to the Act, namely-
Amendment
2. After serial number 91 of Schedule I appended to the Act, the following new serial number 92 and its corresponding entries shall be added, namely-
"92. Unmanufactured tobacco, commonly known as 'Khaini."
3. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its issue.

2. यह अधिसूचना निर्गमन की तिथि के प्रभाव से प्रवृत होगी।

Amendment
1. Serial number 7 and its corresponding entries of the Table appended to departmental notification number S.O. 24, dated 24th March, 2005 (as amended from time to time) shall be substituted by the following, namely-
